When you first watch it, if you've ever been fucked over in a relationship, you relate to Tom. If you've ever had to cut off a clingy little bitch, you relate to Summer. But, if you actually put more than 5 minutes of thought into the movie after finishing it, you realize they're both assholes. They were perfect for each other, in the fact that they should both just off themselves right now and stop being airy-fairy pretentious cunts.
