Here in Finland is idiom: It's like winning a lottery to born in Finland. When i was kid i thought it was bullshit, but now as a adult i realize it's pretty much true. Only negative things about this country is weather and introverted people.

I knew one Romanian guy who learned to speak perfect finnish in 1 year. He was with me on the same reform school.

I could try it. Currently I only speak French and English and French wasn't that hard

It was because he was hearing finnish 24/7 in reform school. If you interact with finnish people 24/7 then it's possible to learn it in 1 year.

I see what you mean. If I wanted to move to Finland I guess I could learn the language to the best of my ability and then pick up on the rest there. However learning Nordic languages and moving to one of those cunts would be much easier.

It's very hard to make new friends, because people hang out with friends who they have known since 1st grade in elementary school.

Hell, I lost contact with all of my friends after middle school, and again after high school, and again after the army and made some new friends each time.
It's just me being fucked up, but I'm lucky that it's way easier to make new friends here or else I was gone.
