Yes.

Are the Romanians in blonde Nordics?

Those aren't Romanians, they're gypsies lol. Gypsies were slaves in Romania for 500 years. They were most likely brought to Romanian lands during the 13th century by the Mongols on the Silk Road.

Gypsies originate in modern-day Northern India and Pakistan. The Romanians brutally enslaved them, just like they enslaved the Tatars who were captured in battle. One of the oldest Romanian documents from the Middle Ages is a body of law which stipulated that any gypsy who sets foot on Romanian soil becomes a slave by default.

Slavery was abolished in Romania only in the 1860s, and immediately afterwards the government tried to eradicate gypsies through forced marriages with Romanian peasants. You know, to forcefully assimilate them and destroy gypsy identity. The peasants, however, turned on the gypsies and butchered them in every village. The ones who survived continued living on the fringes of Romanian society until today. Very harsh. It's a miracle they're still around!

But to answer your question, haplogroup i2 is prevalent in Romania. This shows continuity since the Neolithic. Archaeogenetics are amazing!

Pic related. It's a Romanian nobleman.

Romanians are intermediate of gypsies and slavs genetically

They are italian

The real question is are they even human?

Listen to this interesting story I wanna tell you. Romanians believed gypsies are meant to be beaten. Slave masters administered severe beatings to their gypsies on a very regular basis. It wasn't just cruelty or sadism, no, it transcended those violent urges. Romanians actually believed that gypsies are demonic creatures and they had a moral obligation to "beat the devils out of them". African slaves in America were treated much, much better than gypsy slaves in Romania. I won't go on with all the "measures" applied to keep gypsies in check.

Now, during the 1820s, Romania was consumed by war (again, our history is pretty much eternal bloodshed). The boyars (noblemen) from Wallachia and Moldavia fled the country as they feared for their lives. Most of them went to Bucovina, in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, as refugees. Of course, the boyars brought their gypsy slaves with them. The Austrian authorities were a bit suspicious - Romania was the only country in Europe (save for the Ottoman Empire) where slavery was practiced.

The Romanian boyars couldn't care less though. To the shock of the Austrian authorities, they started beating their gypsies ruthlessly in public, in the streets, for everyone to see. The citizens of the Austro-Hungarian Empire were appalled and the authorities intervened without delay to put an end to these beatings, issuing an order which forbade them.

Here is where the funny part begins -- the Romanian refugees were outraged! They couldn't understand what they were doing wrong. They protested the decision and sued the Austrian government; and they WON.

The Romanians claimed that they were being oppressed by not being allowed to beat and humiliate their gypsy slaves. It was part of their culture and tradition and it was unfair for the Austrians to deny it from them. The Austrians eventually conceded, making a comprise with the Romanian refugees: they could beat their gypsies as much as they pleased, but not in public.

kek
is this real

Yes. All of it. Even today, gypsies still call us "boss", "boyar", "master", etc. I guess enslaving them left a permanent mark on their collective psyche.

You can read more about it on wiki.

Interesting.

Peoples national culture and language were untouchable because of our constitution so it even makes sense they one this case against the government.

But you forced Transylvanian Romanians to emancipate their gypsy slaves in the 18th century. Lol.
