As of now, I realize that the Latvian regional template does not correspond to how Latvia is organized.
Latvia's districts were made defunct in 2009, therefore, we need somebody to create a new map with the 108 first level municipalities and I will work on getting rid of district flags which are irrelevant now.

-It's all white flags with CoA
-The CoA are too big
Also I have seen this: cuadrillas of Álava have flags with a different background than white.

White flags with CoA have been SOP for a long time, but I don't know why you replied to me, because I didn't make them.
I don't know how many times I have to stress that my primary job is to close issues and add flags into the database. If you're unhappy with Aliva's flags, then make them in the proper manner and submit them, and I'll push them in.

Same. well i started AGAIN about 2-3 weeks ago. My world map was basically all green bar 2 countries + the usual impossible ones. Had loads of Aussie regionals as well.

I think I'm going to fork extraflags, and make a version that lets you select custom ideological flags and distribute it on Sup Forums. What are your thoughts on this?
I still need to look into how extraflags actually works... I know the project claims to not capture IPs or anything but I imagine there must be a backend server involved somewhere. I need to look into it.
The server runs a MySQL database and the PHP code in the php/ folder of the project
