Newbie here

What can I do to make my back healthy ? I can't think of a single thing

The objective isn't to gain muscle and show off or any of that shit, I've just had my back twisted and bent all my life because I'm autistic I guess, and now I want to make it better. All I want is to develop them muscles and have a straight back. Anything to recommend ?
For now I'm doing abs and plank, not sure if it's enough. Also I sometimes do that thing when you stretch out your arms to form a cross, and quickly move them in small circles. Feels like it's good exercise for the shoulders

deadlifts.

Backs are gay if you just like to show off to other guys at the gym

Homo

Banepost

planks

strengthen your core n shit

Look up starting stretching. I do it everyday. Changed my life.

this
also weighted shrugs, good morning, bent over rows, seated rows, overhead press

SS+GOMAD

Only usefull answer

care to elaborate on that ?

I'll keep doing those, but it has come to a point where I am out of breath before my back and shoulders get tired. It's like my shitty cardio is dragging me down

thx mate

sorry, can't read Chinese

SS+GOMAD is garbage ignore that nigger.

Gallon of milk a day is fucking stupid.

Bridging is the single best thing you can do for back health. Convict Conditioning has some very good bridge progressions you can follow.

Not changing a single thing in my diet don't worry, like I said I just want to strengthen my back through exercises.
I do like milk and drink tons of it but 1L is my limit

I feel lucky to still be able to do that thanks to martial arts training as a kid, I'll try to do it regularly thanks for the tip.

Also had another question: would swimming help a lot ? Or should I try something else, like say climbing ?

if you can, take up swimming user

i fucked up my back a few years ago, but took up swimming and it never hurt me again

Back crunches are god tier even if you're fit

Try em out, after 3x20 you really feel it

Swimming is god tier cardio and much cheaper than climbing.

zumba and wii-fit

Bro just sleep on some rocks or something like come on

i have back problems and went to a specialist and they basically said do like 80+ pull ups a day

Fuck, I just realized I posted on the wrong fucking board.

What the fuck does this have to do with movies or tv.

I'll take /fit/ threads over Sup Forums threads desu
