>I'm tired, boss. Tired of bein' on the road, lonely as a sparrow in the rain. Tired of not ever having me a buddy to be with, or tell me where we's coming from or going to, or why. Mostly I'm tired of people being ugly to each other. I'm tired of all the pain I feel and hear in the world everyday. There's too much of it. It's like pieces of glass in my head all the time. Can you understand?

Why is Hanks so good?

I didn't cry but this did make me feel sad that Mikey knew Nicky was doomed
The entire execution scene at the end had my 7-8 year old self drowning in bitch tears.
>I'm scared of the dark
I've never cried so hard to a movie since
Wow I'd forgotten this. It's actually really good.

>Farewell, Master Burglar. Go back to your books, your fireplace. Plant your trees, watch them grow. If more of us valued home above gold, it would be a merrier world.
>Azog was the antagonist in this film
FUCKING WHY THOUGH?
In the books, in the battle for Moria's gate Azog doesn't have his arm cut off, he has his head cut off and mounted on a pike outside the gate/
Nothing about this movie made any sense.

>Tell me I've lived a good life
>Tell me I'm a good man
"I'm glad it's you"
the stupid thing is, they had the perfect story with bolg. Bolg is angry that Thorin's kin killed his father, comes after him. Bolg being Azog's son never came up in the movie in any meaningful way, they could have had legoass fight some other random ass big bad orc, there was no fucking point to keeping Azog alive. god fucking damn it.
