I liked the early Ryloth arc. Umbara is cool too.
I honestly don't think it is as good as Rebels. I'm not a huge fan of Rebels' art style, but it is superior in pretty much every other way. Maybe it is because I've never been a huge fan of clones in general.
Their whole "Clones are human!" take was interesting, but I thought it was dumb. The fact that they all came up with different pet names and shit for each other, when they were all the same was stupid to me. And no one give me that

crap. They were. They all cracked wise, they fought, and they died. I don't care if X clone cut his hair this way and Y clone cut it that way. They were still all the same.
Starship Troopers made their soldiers into a tool of war and made the world around them a play-on of that. I would've preferred to see clones as indoctrinated murder machines, like they were made to be, instead of basically humans.
Maybe it is just me, but when you try and make me feel bad for someone who was created to die and be willing to die because they were programmed to want to do it, it doesn't work. Maybe if they would've made the war generally unpopular with clones, I don't know.

I always liked the Coruscant episodes with Bail and Padme. They were super comfy and made for easy viewing. It was just fun to watch the Star Wars universe just exist, no big battles or backwater towns for once.

After the events of Son of Dathomir, Maul managed to skulk back to Mandalore and the series finale would have been Ahsoka and Rex going after him and invading Mandalore during the events of Revenge of the Sith.

Look up The Siege of Mandalore

He locks Maul up, and then Maul gets free do to Dooku's incompetence and the Mandalorians Maul won over.
Maul then goes on to run Mandalore as the leader of Death Watch until the Siege of Mandalore, when Palpatine has the Republic launch an attack to oust Maul.
Order 66 happens concurrently to this (half way through the siege) but Maul still runs away to do unknown things until 17 years later when he shows up on Malachor.
