He cannot afford to simply purchase office space to use. He's constantly renting and moving everything himself with his team. He owns his home, a few vehicles, can buy anything really on a whim - and even then he doesn't seem to waste his money outside of his production.
Either he's exceptionally modest or he's just making a high-middle class living. He's still exceptionally successful, probably worth several million.
