I would recommend all sorts of interesting places to go in Ontario pertaining to the United Empire Loyalists and Canadian/British/1812 military history, old forts but I'm going to bed so I'll just recommend Niagara Falls-Kingston corridor you can find a lot of info online for things to do.

How child civilians translate to "the enemy" is beyond comprehension. My parents were only in the 6-8 year old range at the time of the Fall of Saigon, I assure you that the VC likes complete humiliation of their enemy, they would beat a dead horse over and over for their own amusement. Of course, they've toned down, but Vietnam is not better off than it was promised to be.
