Spiderman 3 ends with Peter and Harry rekindling their friendship, Peter forgiving his uncles killer, and hints at Mary Jane and Peter getting back together; how is that not happy? Not to mention that garbage excuse for a venom explodes meaning he wouldn't ever return. Bonus happiness.
