Is the Hateful Eight the basis of your argument? Because as far as Tarantino's later movies go, it's one of the best. Better than Django, Death Proof, and arguably Basterds.

Hateful Eight desperately needed to be 30-40 minutes shorter

>he choked on the big black dingus

Hateful eight was good you dolt. It did have its issues though.
>Quentin Tarantino narrating that bit for no reason
>play format
>"Surprise! The killer was half the cast!"
>"Channing was in the basement the whole time!"

Other than that, still pretty good

This too.

Pulp Fiction is incredible
Reservoir Dogs is very good
Hateful Eight is good
Django is good
Bastards is very good

Reservoir Dogs 10/10
Pulp Fiction 10/10
Jackie Brown 9/10
Kill Bill 8/10
Inglorious Bastards 7/10
Django Unchained 7/10
Hateful Eight 6/10

it's almost amazing how linearally his films have gotten shittier, first three are the only ones worth watching for purely aesthetic value

Django is dog shit but only because Foxx and DiCaprio both have no idea what they're doing.

Calvin Candie should've been played by Kurt Russel, and Will Smith should've been Django

the one scene with DiCaprio's entrance made the movie watchable tho

Watching the Hateful Eight in the background is so comfy

I actually love it for its length. See it once in the theater and then background watch it on TV. If you try to watch it on a monitor or something in a computer chair you did it wrong and have no right to an opinion.

Shit opinions general thread?

Hateful Eight is QT's masterpiece though

Maybe a time traveling Will Smith.

He was the flick king and now he's just a Scientologist faggot.

wao who do you think u r

This is his best, pleb

Are you seriously going to suggest that the actors brought anything to the table aside from recognizable faces? Tarantino dragged their humorless assess through that film with HIS skill.

Will Smith would have been revived like a Phoenix. Exact way that Travolta worked in Pulp Fiction

Tarantula's best

that smug ass liberal martyr Christopher Waltz was the worst character, but the movie's smug superior tone was so annoying

>Django above anything
>calling any of his films 10/10
>calling fucking Pulp Fiction 10/10
>not even having Death Proof on the list

And Reservoir Dogs is so fucking overrated it's ridiculous.

hateful 8 is my favorite tantino-kino, at least the long dialogues ( included in everyone of his movies) is kind of relevant to the plot

yeah, and the dialog fits the characters, as opposed to the absolute shit dialog in Death Proof for example

Nah, it's his 2nd best
> Calvin Candie should've been played by Kurt Russel
This actually sounds cool, but it's one of my favorite Leo performances.
> Will Smith should've been Django
PFffffffffffftttt

reservoir dogs 9/10
pulp fiction 9/10
death proof 7/10
jackie brown 9/10
kill bill vol 1 6/10
kill bill vol 2 7/10
django unchained 8/10
hateful eight 5/10

You listen to Joe Rogan brah?

this was one of his best are you out of your mind

Quentin Tarantino's only saving grace is that he picks the right actors to recite his "everybody acts like they are Shaft or the Mob" dialogue and lets them add to it.

Say what you will, but the performances in Inglorious Basterds and Jackie Brown are really good. Pulp Fiction is the only one that is too ridiculous to take seriously. Like why the fuck is there a scene with Quentin himself appearing just to say nigger twenty times? Self-indulgent

Does anyone else think Django unchained is one of his weakest?

Don't just call me a rayciss, I think it lacked his more interesting dialogue and well developed writing. Maybe it was just too long, but there was no subtle plot developments, I expected every turn

>Django rated that high
wew lad

>kill bill vol 1 6/10

Reservoir Dogs is a great debut but Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill are better

so are you offended on Sup Forums grounds or do you have an actual argument

Are you fucking kidding me..

Judge the actors performance apart from their opinions and personal life you tard, he's objectively the best actor in the movie. Same thing with Bastards

Deathproof was kino

Reservoir Dogs 7/10
Pulp Fiction 9/10
Jackie Brown 8/10
1st Half of From Dusk Till Dawn 8/10
Kill Bill Vol 1 - 8/10
Kill Bill Vol 2 - 8/10
Inglorious Basterds - 7/10
Django Unchained 6/10
The Hateful Eight 7/10

it was lewd, triggered my wifes son and made him cry for his real daddy

He was talking about Dr, Shultz which was very liberal

You people have got the worst fucking taste.

Jackie Brown 8/10
Death Proof 7/10
Inglorious Bastards 7/10
Kill Bill 7/10
Reservoir Dogs 7/10
Hateful Eight 7/10
Pulp Fiction 6/10
Django Unchained 5/10

i was talking about his character in the movie, i dont know much about the actor

This.

Quentin Tarantino is a hack. If you enjoyed Pulp Fiction or think it is a good movie, I strongly recommend suicide and going back to pleddit.

vies

Tarantino has always made great movies.
The thing is though you get ultra plebs who saw Pulp Fiction and think it's high art and then you get pseudo-patrician contrarians who think they're shit purely because the plebs love it without really knowing why.

lol dumb whoreson rating reservoire dogs same as inglorious basterds WOW wow wow WOW ok.

more like

r. dogs - 10/10

kill bill 1+2 - 9/10

pulp fiction 6/10

death proof - 4/10

hateful eight, inglorious bastards, django - 2/10

if you disagree, you have ridiculously shit taste and your mother is a whore most likely

1. Reservoir Dogs
2. Inglorious Basterds

the rest is irrelevant

wtf spoilers you dick

>weak Reservoir dogs remake

Pleb, please. Unlike Django, Death Proof, or Basterds to certain degree, Hateful Eight's structure works perfectly with its extended running time and never feels like it's dragging or running too long

Pulp Fiction is literal hot garbage. The only people who like it are "I'm in college and now I know everything" people, and even them I'm sure they're just pretending to like it to fit in.

>yfw big black johnson.

Wrong.

No I'm not.

1) Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2 / Inglorious Basterds
2) the Hateful 8
3) Jackie Brown / everything else

I liked Hateful Eight. And about the black dingus scene, at least it had a good story reason, it would realistically be a good choice of a story to tell to acomplish what his character wanted to accomplish with it.

>Like why the fuck is there a scene with Quentin himself appearing just to say nigger twenty times? Self-indulgent
IIRC that role was going to be to Steve Buscemi but his filming schedule overlapped with something else so he just cast himself last minute.

This
Hateful eight was a massive disappointment
