True patricians put Jackie Brown at the top of that list.

Great: Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Death Proof
Good: Reservoir Dogs, Inglorious Basterds, Jackie Brown
Bad: Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight

The Hateful Eight

1. Reservoir Dogs
2. Jackie Brown
3. Kill Bill Vol. 1
4. Pulp Fiction
5. Inglorious Basterds
6. Kill Bill Vol. 2
7. Django Unchained
8. The Hateful Eight
9. Death Proof

all the love for kill bill in this thread is making me cringe jesus christ. it was nothing more than liberal propaganda dressed up in good (but bad for QT) cinematography. there is no legitimate case that kill bill is better than anything other than death proof or jackie brown.

>liberal propaganda

Stopped reading there

Can True Romance get a spot? It's written by Tarantino but not directed by him so it has all the characters and dialogue styling but not shot like a live action cartoon

NO

>1. Reservoir Dogs
>2. Pulp Fiction
>3. Jackie Brown
>4. The Hateful Eight
>5. Inglorious Basterds
>6. Django Unchained
>7. Kill Bill
>8. Death Proof

The correct answer is always going to be Pulp Fiction, but I suppose it's fun to pretend it's one of the others.

>Thinking jackie brown is bad

SPOTTED THE PLEB LADS

Agreed but the debate for #2 is real.

>Jackie
>Pulp
>Dogs
>Hateful 8
>Bill
>Basterds
>Django
>Death

>what's the best Tarantino film?
>Tarantino film
>film

Tarantino makes movies, kiddo. You'll know the difference when you're older.

You know what, you could shuffle the top 3 and you could shuffle the bottom 5 and it wouldn't make a lick of difference. He's made 3 good-to-great movies and 5 average-to-forgettable ones.

How did he learn to make movies when he went to films?

And to add, True Romance woulda made it to the top group.

Reservoir Dogs > Django > Kill Bill > Death Proof > Pulp Fiction > Inglorious Bastards > Hateful 8 > Jackie Brown

Why do people like kill bill?
It's an extremely boring movie interlaced with extremely unbelievable fight scenes.

>Putting his actual best movie at number 1 instead of bumping it down to 2 or 3 to seem like you're really intellectual

>"You've got to nail the door shut cause the handle's broken!"
>15 minutes later another character enters
>"You've got to nail the door shut cause the handle's broken!"
>20 minutes later another character enters
>"You've got to nail the door shut cause the handle's broken!"
>Later on a flashback reveals the door handle was broken in a shootout
>In a tarentino movie
WHO COULD HAVE PREDICTED THIS TWIST?

1 Pulp Fiction
2 Django
3 Reservoir Dogs
4 Grindhouse

The rest are forgettable

Yeah man, clearly Inglourious Basterds and Kill Bill had less of an impact than Grindhouse

Dogs>Not relevant

All movie fight scenes are unrealistic

>Tarantino
>good movies

All of Tarantino's movies were completely overhyped, forgettable drivel

He ruined it all with his last 3 movies

As a director, he's the prototype of the 00s edgy tryhard hipster, his movies aged like bad milk and are unwatchable now

reservoir dogs will always be his best film

not ringing a bell

1. Pulp Fiction
2. Reservoir Dogs
3. Kill Bill
4. Inglorious Basterds
5. Jackie Brown
6. The first half of From Dusk Till Dawn that he directed or whatever.
7. Django Unchained
8. Hateful Eight

Never watched Death Proof, so I can't place it.

Fuck off.

>The first half of From Dusk Till Dawn that he directed or whatever.
That shit was fucking cash,im sad they had to ruin it with the last half. Of course you could make the argument that that part made it stand out as a ''cult classic'' but I beg to differ

It's not that the second half was even that bad. But coming in from an exceptional first half made it feel so much worse by comparison.

Oh comon the difference in quality is like night and day.
Or dusk to dawn...

>1. Pulp Fiction
>2. Reservoir Dogs
>3. Hateful Eight
>4. Inglorious Basterds
>5. Kill Bill 1&2
>6. Jackie Brown
>7. Django Unchained
>8. Death Proof

Everything but the last two is great-tier.

It's like pottery

True Romance

1. Reservoir Dogs
2. Inglorious Basterds
3. The Hateful Eight
4. Jackie Brown
5. Pulp Fiction
6. Django Unchained
7. Kill Bill 1
8. Death Proof
9. Kill Bill 2

I really appreciate PF for what it is and its impact of popular culture, but I can't enjoy it at all. Scene when Tim Roth hold hostages and last part of Bruce Willis's part are really annoying for some reason.

Really makes me think

>He doesn't like Death Proof meme
