Why? I already lost my father, and I'm not so young anymore. I also lost my nephew when he was a baby, and I lost my grandparents, I lost my aunt. I never went from being a non-believer to a believer just because I miss some dear ones. Note that I didn't "turn atheist" or anything like americans do, I just grew up like this like most norwegians. We don't have a relationship with god here.
