Sounds like it is enough, and you'll probably do just fine with a tshirt inside a mall or store.

Yeah that's what I thought. I went to the UK couple years back and I remember how pissed I was about the difference in temps. Outside freezing and raining, inside, satan's asshole. I was speaking with some russian friends that tell me that people inside never wear just a tshirt, it makes no sense.
Bepхнюю oдeждy cнимaют тoлькo ecли ecть, кyдa eё пoвecить или пoлoжить. B кaкoй-нибyдь ycлoвнoй зaбeгaлoвкe этo мoжнo cдeлaть хoтя бы и нa cпинкy cтyлa. B ocнoвнoм хoдят нe cнимaя, я тaк дyмaю. Кaк-тo cлoжнo oб этoм вcпoминaть, ибo никoгдa нe зaдyмывaлcя.
I see germanbro. So it isn't common to see people holding their big ass fur jackets in malls? Only if they're eating?
No it pretty much isn't, and yes. That said, it's still a free country over there, so you can do things your own way, to an extent.
Honestly, I do not compreehend. Do Russians only feel cold? Either I'm insane or Russian malls aren't 25ºC-30ºC like mine. I guess I'll give them another reason to look at the foreigner. Oh well, fuck that, as long I don't die from pneumonia, I'll go back to mesmerize them.
It's honestly baffling, this girl told me that everyone would look at me like I'm a crazy foreigner for walking around with a tshirt in a hot, closed space. What the hell.
Whew. I couldn't tell you what temperature the air in shopping malls is kept at, but I think it does get a bit hot if you are inside for too long, so the general practice is to unbutton the jacket upon entering. You should be fine with that. To be honest, the heat inside is felt as very welcome after the biting cold outside.
