I'm not. Procedure is straight forward- sterilize foreskin, making sure to separate it from the glans or head of the penis. Then you do what's called an anesthetic block (basically, lidocaine injection on either side of the base of the penis numbs the whole thing). There's a little metal/plastic cap that fits over the head and then a second portion that you tighten around the base where the foreskin attaches. Then you literally just cut around that. And yea, generally once you get the kid wrapped up in a blanket and give them little sips of sugar water from a dropper, they are pretty chill. Plus, you know, the anesthetic and all.
