do entry level positions exist anymore?

im looking at civil service careers, ive been through several pages and apart from a couple of graduate schemes, for very specific niche roles, and a few admin assistants for prisons, there are no entry level jobs

i dont understand it. does the civil service just disappear then in the next 20-30 years when these people retire?

who the fuck will keep it going if there are essentially no entry level jobs on their entire career site?

case in point: HMRC apparently employs nearly 60000 people. there are currently 37 jobs being advertised on the government civil service career website. none are entry level

so who the FUCK are staffing these organisations, and who the FUCK are replenishing them? its actually bizarre
