Yes, Mamluks is not supposed to crush the living shit of ottomans, it's supposed to be the other way around. And also, France is raped pretty well too. And for some reason muscovy fails.
I think some of the new feutres in the game have made balance very different. Not quite sure what it is tho, but I think one thing with mamluks is that they have several new provinces which makes them a tad too strong.
