what about Rohirrim?

Anglo-saxons pre-norman influence.

youtube.com/watch?v=jjlxzXO1L1M

The Rohirrim were supposed to be Anglo-Saxons, although curiously "Rohirrim" is a Sindarin name (they called themselves the Eorlingas).
It isn't always proper to assume the influence corresponds to a real world translation, though.

I don't want to be a dwarflet

Don't worry. dorfs are intended to be jews.

Well they used Runes and represented the rough nordic culture.

And elvish language is based on purely finnish and celtic.
