600 of them is practically the another tax, whereas 300 is fee for the garage.
If I visit the registration office and do it by myself it would cost 600 only, but if rejected I have to take another holiday.
This system was enacted when we had very limited number of the cars in this country. But once a tax system get enacted, they would never repeal it. Yeah!
