Well we have roskomnadzor basically china's firewall lite. They blocked a lot of sites including all popular torrenttracker(pornolab, rutraker etc), pornsites and lots of opposition sites(very "subtle")

3. Crackdown on popular Torrenting sites like ISOhunt, Mininova, The Pirate Bay, Kickass Torrents, and Extratorrent. Most came back, but remained only a shell of formers selves.

They can't reach Rutracker from Russia because everything is registered in foreign countries. They blocked it and other Russian trackers, but that's it not much actually.
