Home schooled kids remind more vegans. I remember back in College any kid that was home schooled talked about it 24/7. I was annoying as fuck. When every they addressed the math professor they would always lead with "well my mom said to do it this way."

home-educated kids typically score 15 to 30 percentile points above public-school students on standardized academic achievement tests.
the typical argument against it is that the kids will be less socialized, since they won't be around as many other kids.
i've seen studies that show this is bullshit though, and i've known people who were homeschooled who turned out to be well-rounded decent productive members of society.
plus there's nothing stopping them from socializing with other kids in the neighborhood, or joining some kind of youth sports team, etc.
