All Pakistanis I've met are polite and friendly

Pakis dont hate Indians, but we are made to look like that, what we do hate is the fact that all wars with India were started by India, they are always the aggressors, but they have popularized it to the contrary

It's a village court system. It's not official or under any law but that doesn't matter since pakis have no concept of law. They will follow the panchayat orders.
