Artists that are influenced by Anime/Manga?

Who are they? Post their work.

Humberto Ramos's art is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine. The poor guy gets way too much shit, we need more artists who don't try to be photorealistic in the industry.

The lack of photorealism ain't the issue. He can look good when he tries but when he's crunching out pages he cuts hella corners.

Anyone who's worked for Antarctic Press and Adam Warren.

I'm also a big Ramos fan but sometimes his stuff can look fucking weird.

This kind of exercise might have served a purpose in the 90s but at this point it's so common that I'm not sure why you'd bother

It's like asking "What music is influenced techno?" nowadays

Your example pic has nothing to do with either anime or manga though.

Yeah okay

Nigger, you do realize those images were drawn by two different people, right?

that's not even the same artist as the cover

Seth

In these days if the art it's not accurate realistic every new artist has some touch of manga. The things are kinda merging at this point.

What is this from? I know it's superior Spider-Man, but did Ghost rider show up?

This.

I prefer the cartoon-y look in superheroes instead of photorealistic.

>Picks Batgirl
>Picks two artists that aren't really anime/manga inspired.
>Doesn't pick Bengal.
I love Bengal. His Supergirl is fucking cute as well.

kyle baker when he's in his anime form

Looks more graffiti and urban inspired.

The Cliffhanger guys

Does he have good art in universe??

This guy gets a lot of shit on Sup Forums. Not really sure why, but it's probably deserved.

Definitely Chris Bachalo

Ramos should only draw Spiderman swinging or Reed Richards stretching.

Rob Liefeld was a fan of Appleseed
Erik Larsen was a fan of First of the North Star
Todd McFarlane was a fan of Akira
