Why is this allowed again ?
Why is this allowed again ?
In reality the Commonwealth uses a hybrid
we fuck it up a fair bit to be fair
Is UK using a metric system?
Officially yes, only 3 countries remain. USA, Liberia and Birmania
USA will never use metric system, they always have to appear different
the chad fahrenheit vs the virgin bandwagon celsius
Because we don't learn with lesser beings.
>post-independance the USA goes on an anti-British spree, even changing the spelling of a few hundred words
Wonder why they are so defensive about the imperial system though.
>exist
>infuriate everyone, even own citizens
In reality we teach the metric system in school, use it in science, and some people use Celsius instead of fahrenheit. Literally exactly the same as the UK except they have "officially" adopted it.
UK uses fucking stone to weigh people.
>wanting to go into a pub and order 660ml of lager instead of a pint
Umm no sweety, we don't use it in everyday life, only scientists and nerds use it.
Do your gas stations sell in liters or gallons?
>not going to a pub and order a 200ml flute
Do you even small beer?
With 50ml foam.
We have "Chopine" which are 58.8cl
It's displayed in both.
>small beers
Why when you can have a large one?
Also speed is measured in miles per hour not kilometres.
>mph
You don't think 150ml beer and 50ml foam is large? Why do you think 100ml and 100ml foam isn't large? 50ml beer and 150ml foam looks pretty large to me.
>Watch a U.S recipe
>Put 3 cups
>Litterally asking myself what is the dosing
What do you do if such a large beer spills?
You can always buy a new one.
I'm burmese, at school we indeed learnt ehemtric system as well as national system. It's like this, in school and business related measurements we use metric but we also use Burmese measurements in like regular use.
Also, in developing regions or poor regions, they learn metric system exclusively to make their population catch up
>Myanmar
y tho
But what about the spilled beer?
Why do these homofaggots birmans did not choose metric at first ?
>Gallon
>Inch
>Foot
>Fahrenheit
It doesn't affect anything. We still understand and use the metric system as much as anyone else but the government has more important issues than worrying about measurements.
It's dying anyway.
inch and foot is all right
5.8 inches is all right
we use a mindless mix of both
these
>the french
Why does everything have to be in tens anyway? Just seems like autism.
Conversions.
Because it is based on Kuran.
As do we.
A Shitload < A Metric Fuck-Tonne
