Gattaca

>utopian
Triumph of the will

>Gattaca
>Ethan Hawke
>Uma Thurman
eh I don't know man, is it worth it? I can't stand them in anything

>Triumph of the will
user how about a serious recommendation

Gattaca

just do it

the word you're thinking of is DYSTOPIAN

UTOPIAN means a PARADISE

DYSTOPIAN means a HELL

why are you so fucking retarded

You think 1984 and Brazil are utopias? You sick fuck.

calm down redit, nobody asked you

Utopia stems from the Greek words "Not a place".
Utopia is said to be a place so good that it's impossible to exist. I suppose both words can work as a Utopia is impossible to reach and if you think it has been reached, greed and corruption has just been well hidden. This is why commies are bad, nobody will ever be truly equal.

It's breddy gud I actually thought Christian Bale was in it, that's weird.

...

Logan's Run and Rollerball fit the utopia/dystopia mold.

>This is why commies are bad
its like I'm reading a 12 year old's essay on democracy

I had to dumb it down for some of them here, don't mind it.

Gattaca is great dude

v for vendetta

Guys OP here, yeah I made a mistake, meant to say dystopia, but whatever. I guess I'll just go watch Gattaca while you argue here like a bunch of autists.

Equilibrium
The Road
Children of men
Black Mirror episodes (they're self contained"

If you want something different try this.

How is Gattaca a dystopia?

>watch 10 minutes of triumph of the will
>random pans of wheat-fields
>German narrator talking about how great they are because of some muscled men and architecture
>turn off

The Germans of the 1930s seemed pretty easy to influence.

>How is Gattaca a dystopia?

Where is your place in this world....
