The whole premise of the show is wrong. It should have started right when she crash landed and gone from there. It should have cast a teenage girl, like the comics. It should have been about her finding her way on Earth from square one. They could have done much more with character development, instead of basically scrapping it.
A wasted opportunity. How they could get it so wrong still baffles me. I was really hopeful about this. I was sorely let down.
