INLAND EMPIRE desu

fire walk with me

although of course only if you've seen twin peaks

Whoa black and white n suprr serious face. Dis guy means bizzniss!

LYNCHED

Lost Highway

Are you guys intentionally trying really hard to not say Mulholland Drive?

Blue Velvet

I'll say it: Mulholland Dr. He should try making failed television pilots more often, a little restraint goes a long way. Otherwise you have a self-indulgent masturbatory mess like Twin Peaks (2017).

Eraserhead or Blue Velvet, everything else he has done is all over the place

Blue Velvet is the most solid, but Lost Highway is my favorite.

yes, nobody has a different opinion, you have figured it all out

K I N O

Elephant Man or Mullholand Dr.

You're a pleb faggot who should be gassed. Now fuck off simpleton.

Twin Peaks season 1

It's obviously Blue Velvet. He's tried to imitate it's idea in pretty much everything he's done since.

This. Anyone who says Elephant Man is a normie. Anyone who says Mullholland Drive is a half-normie. Anyone who says Inland Empire is a tryhard.

Elephant man and the straight story are his least cancerous

Lynch is entry-level "patrician"

So you're still saying he's patrician?

I'm saying people think they're patrician for watching his work.

Do his other films have this scene?

youtube.com/watch?v=d0PbwLTLKA4

no? then that says it all

I think either Eraserhead or Lost Highway is his best.

The first part of Wild at Heart is his best.

Eraserhead

>people actually believe this

Twin Peaks The Return is promising so far and may end up as his best work

Hahaha

It is objectively Blue Velvet you fucking morons.

The real question is: Blue Velvet or Eraserhead?

Hardly. Episode 8 was an interesting direction to go in, but everything before it has been rather unexceptional. Not bad, but not noteworthy.
It doesn't hold a candle to most Lynch films.

Pretty much equal to me, although Eraserhead was the best experience I've had watching a film alongside 2001

eraserhead

A few years ago I might have said Mulholland Drive

But honestly I feel like FWWM is the perfect mix of everything he aims for

The Straight Story.
