If I truly don't like a show I will just stop watching it. I watched the first season of Gotham and was kind of on the fence about halfway through. Dropped it a few episodes into the second season once I realized it was only going to get worse. Another one is Prison Break, I could barely get through the last few seasons but overall it was an enjoyable series, however after seeing the first episode of the new series, I dropped it and realized Prison Break as a whole is now shit.
If you watch an entire series, you enjoyed it. stop lying to yourself plebs
