No, you can only set regionals to whatever country your regular flag is actually set to. In your case, only Filipino regionals. Sorry about that, but it prevents the rare regional market from getting BTFO

Oh, isn't that nice? I figured out the problem I had with not being able to see others' flags while being on Opera. Most likely the cause was my ad blocker. Whether it was or not, it works now. I don't remember if I did post with Kwidzyn's flag, so I do now to get even. It's really neat.

we helped make the Kwidzyn flag for a polish user back on october 7th, 2017. Well, I rushed to make it and another /flag/ist beat me :( it is only a 10min ban if you load the extraflags php more than once per second. I can adjust it to be a little less strict if you like.

Nope :( I reduced the speed to 1 request every 1.5 seconds but after a dozen of them I still get banned. This stuff started this morning

I have adjusted the findtime to be 10s, and maxretry to be 20s, so it will now ban for 10mins, those which make more than 2 requests per second. We'll see if this works

Considering a rate of 1 thread/1.5sec, 1 query/thread with an average of 5000 posts/day I need more than 2 hours each day to run this stuff: I might consider joining together multiple requests into a single one to speed up the process...what's the maximum size you can support?

max post size in php is 8M, if that is what you mean. though you can try making your rate a bit faster and still be under the limit
