Fuck off you stinking kinoturd

Lacks diversity

wild strawberries is better

>Watches it once
>Goes to Sup Forums to call it kino when he has no clue what just saw

back when being sweedish was something to be proud of

Nah it's pretty mediocre. Medieval setting is laughably poorly done. The quipping nihilist guy is the reason most people like the movie, it's entry level garbage.

>implying 7th Seal is deep or even trying to be "deep as fuark bro"
>implying "deep = good"
>implying you are not projecting

Hot opinion

name 5 (five) better kinos

Pretty much most Bergman is better. Persona is GOAT imo, with Wild Strawberries coming in a close secound.

not him but

instructions for a light and sound machine
funeral parade of roses
Le Samouraï
8 1/2
Last Year at Marienbad

Loved this but didn't really like Persona or Wild Strawberries. What Bergman should I watch next Sup Forums?

this is the most autistic comment ive read on this site

you didn't like it. just watch the new spiderman like the rest of us

if you give a shit then from the beginning in a chronological order.

if you don't give a shit then head to F&A.

Its very well done, for a film with barely any budget for a medieval setting. I think it captured less the general medieval feeling and more this general dread humanity has over death, the flagellants scene is top tier kino, even though it wasn't really a general occurrence in the middle ages.

Bergman was a master of his art, plebs like to put him down because he is popular, but I have never found a filmmaker being able to film such powerful scenes:

I love this film. It's the film that got me into "art house" cinema. It really is great, and yes it is entry level, but that's not an insult to the film.

>barely any budget for a medieval setting
>budget for a medieval setting
Nigger just literally set it in a shitty village with people wearing rags. Just don't write characters that wouldn't exist in a medieval world and you're set. This faglet wasn't able to do it though. He had to insert his retard modern beliefs and ruined the setting

It's the most obviously user-friendly art movie ever made, as I'm sure you realize.

1. You don't need much of a budget for a medieval setting.

2. The Seventh Seal shouldn't look low-budget to you. If it does, you've been watching pleb shit too long.

Who else here loved the Virgin Spring?

one word. pretensious.

Hour of the Wolf was unironically fantastic

i too was once a college freshman

do you even Winter Light bro?

You can't even spell it you illiterate monkey. Stick to Marvel.

Not even in top 5 kinos by Bergman tbqhfam

Why can't Sup Forums discuss film without resorting to Sup Forums-calibre power rankings?

>set in medieval times
>all characters act like modern people
Well what the hell was the point then.

Are you fags always so offended when someone brings up they enjoyed an 'entry level ' film

OMG LE KINO is just a faggot begging for attention

When you can tell just from the titles that the movies are boring as fuck.

>he fell for Fellini meme

I'd still be proud to be swedish. Always wanted to live in Scandinavia.

While we're here, what the fuck was Begotten about?

????
fuck off

should I wATCH persona or wild strabz next?
I like the editing in the opining of persona and the video games are good too

watched this the other night. predy gud.

Summer with Monika is my favourite though

Persona has nothing to do with the video games and is just some woman talking for 90 minutes. Absolute shit.
