Not quite. While it's more difficult for women her age to get pregnant, it does happen all time. Usually with women who already have some children.
Being a celebrity, she may have frozen her eggs. That would make things much easier. The hard part is the conception. Getting the embryo's to take is a lot easier and there have been several celebrities get pregnant in their 40s this way.

There is some evidence that heavier women remain fertile for longer periods of time, and if she is on HRT (likely, most actresses are on it) she is probably still having regular periods.
