This was a good show

This was a good show.

Eh. Season 2 was decent enough. Season 1 was pretty rough, though. All that teen-romance bullshit was annoying as fuck.

No it wasn't.

I had a few weird problems wiht Young Justice.

It tried to use catchphrases as shorthand for writing distinct personalities.

The weird tacticool black ops superhero sneaky fuck shit was dumb. Superheroes are superheroes, not military teams.

Superboy just kind of sucked. He was basically the Hulk except repackaged for superficial teens. The angle of angst with Superman was a cool concept, but it would've been a lot cooler if dude reacted in a way other than "RARGH SMASH"

It wasn't the worst DC cartoon, but It's like... in the bottom half

This show had a good amount of hits (fuckin that episode with Lobo just thrashing the shit out of everyone and leaving of his own accord), and a fair few misses (worst Joker ever, yeeech). Still waaaaaaay better than Teen Titans Go.

I liked parts of it. Some of the character designs were nice, but there was too much focus on teen romance and in the second season, a lot of characters got shoved into the background and there was too much focus on Aqualad, Miss Martian and Blue Beetle.

>Still waaaaaaay better than Teen Titans Go.
Having cancer is better than Titans Go! Young Justice is like....having a rare skin disorder thats painful and hideous to look at, but not life theatening.

sounds like somebody is whelmed

I'm looking to get the tie in comic and the blue rays. wally and impulse were my fave characters

Season one was tighter than season 2.

If that's the case, I'm glad I dropped it after season 1.

Too bad kids don't give a fuck about action cartoons anymore.

It kimd of made me wish it would focus on the heroes as a whole instead of just the kids, like thise JSA flashbacks, I wanted to know more about them.

I also liked the whole family aspect, especially the Bat family, Arrow family and Flash family getting together, that's the one thing DC has that Marvel lacks and they did away with most of it in the new 52 continuity.

Both seasons have major flaws.
Season 1 didn't know what to do with the characters until the very end of the season.
Season 2 had way too many characters, some of them barely getting any attention and some getting way to much.

Yeah it was a decent interpretation of the DCU and a decent action show. Overbloated as hell towards the end though.

At the very least it's leagues above the shit on CN today. I still can't believe people used to support TTG and say it was better/funnier than the original.

>Superboy just kind of sucked. He was basically the Hulk except repackaged for superficial teens. The angle of angst with Superman was a cool concept, but it would've been a lot cooler if dude reacted in a way other than "RARGH SMASH"
So Literally Superboy Prime but as a good guy? Huh, now I wanna check this show out.

How is Aqualad shooting water a threat to anyone?

>It kimd of made me wish it would focus on the heroes as a whole instead of just the kids, like thise JSA flashbacks, I wanted to know more about them.
Eh. I watched both of the Justice League shows, I've had my fill.

...

But it's about the kids. Y'know, Young Justice.

Not JSA.

The abridged series was better

Christ. Season 2 was such shit.

Is her still making it? I keep seeing recommendations for his Assault on Arkham special in my YouTube box.

Was amazing, resurrected porn of many of those guys.

Water is a pretty tough force of nature.

it starred the justin bieber of our generation. You all know damn well Jesse McCartney was our JB

Season 2 of Young Justice is second only to Season 2 of JLU for best season of a straight superhero show.

I'm surprised they didn't kick Megan out for what she did to Superboy but he's just a clone anyway so who cares I guess

>my bart post was deleted
but why

so was gltas

Because mods = fags, and not the good kind.

I liked Bart's little bulge in your pic

So was Tron Uprising.

Never did a boner die so fast

Fucking casual

I remember being 19 when this show came out and thinking it was cool to see a more "mature" superhero theme.

But now I'm kind of half-and-half about the "spy-thriller" theme they went for with YJ, it seems too serious, at times. And the JL in the show are so boring and dull.
