There was a lot of scandals occurring in Ontario a few years back. The main two was divertment of G20 security and development funds for personal use, as one of the heads immediately bought a cottage house and said that it's a meeting site for leaders.
There was also some windmill controversy as the ontario government pledged to buy like a billion dollars worth from korea or something and ended up building far less, even with administrative costs taken in consideration
Landon Brooks

biggest city is the metro region of vancouver with 2.4million people. the actual city of vancouver is tiny though, only 10 square km housing 600,000 people. the weather is the mildest of all of canada. weather very mild, it doesn't rain as much as much as people like to think.
Cameron Cooper
Warmest place in Canada, beautiful valleys, mountains, forests. Vancouver is where the China-Canada meme comes from because its ridiculously overwhelmed by Chinese people who buy all the houses. It's where most of Canadian wine is produced, especially in the Okanagan valley which is one of the top 5 most beautiful places in the country. It's similar to American Pacific Northwest t b h.
David Barnes

-High taxation, will only get worse with growing unsustainability -Public education is not considered anything special in developed countries. Our system does not perform especially well and it's on the decline. -Public healthcare can be nice, but there are many drawbacks. Waiting times are long unless you're in the throes of heart attack or stroke. Surgical wait lists are long. Inpatient beds are scarce. Facilities tend to lag in terms of modernization. Eye and dental care used to be covered here in Ontario, but have been de-listed (thanks immigrants). Is disproportionally used by the stupid and gibs-populations to the detriment of taxpayers. -Public systems aren't free. High taxation, massive debt. Less choice and service for the consumer, more complacency from providers. Public systems can work for higher-IQ, homogenous populations; otherwise it's a recipe for disaster. Breeds culture of entitlement. -Demographic invasion is well underway here. Despite being the self-proclaimed 'multicultural paradise' for decades now, we're more white than the U.S. Still, things aren't looking good for us European descendants, and the liberals want to increase the pace... There is no significant political opposition to this trend. Poos are taking over whole towns, ching-chongs are taking over Vancouver, urban/suburban housing prices have been driven sky-high. -Due to cold winters, roads are constantly in need of repair. Toronto storm drains and sewage lines are still connected. GTA highways are some of the most congested in the world. Decent infrastructure, but nothing special. -Plenty of corruption. we're just not as news-worthy. -Not having jewlywood is a good thing.
We are a pretty good country desu... But less so every year. Liberalism/feminism/globalism/white atomization = civilizational cancer. The actual dream is in peril, just like the rest of the Occident.
Jaxon Reed
I've never actually heard him speak before. That is an honestly disgusting accent.

You just need a license if you want a Gun in Canada.
Connor Allen
Why don't you just move to the US? Nothing is stopping you
Oliver Peterson
>comfy You mean boring?
Kevin Thompson
The U.S. faces the same undermining forces, so what would be the point? I'll stay and join the cohort of whites who will eventually wake up.
Also, the U.S. is being invaded by spics. I don't like being replaced, but at least the chinks and poos have decent IQs.
Dominic Hall
I imagine you also have a pretty big quantity of BRs
Zachary Peterson
please get out of Canada your mentality is better suited for the US.
Ryan Perry
Holy fuck what are you even blabbering about? I suggest you don't take everything Sup Forums says at face value
Brayden Sanders
toronto scumbags are better suited for america or whatever country you slithered out of

yeah we have some hues and somalians and the rest of the rainbow, but the primary influx is south-asian and then chinese on the west coast.
Aaron Watson
That is what "gun control" means, dear. The government controls who they deem worthy enough to possess firearms. And it's wrong.
Christopher Gray
Canadian blacks are behaving badly too, so we need black history month in Canada to let them have some pride in their race.
Samuel Ortiz
>has no corruption that's a non issue. corruption is minimal in both us and canada compare to latin america.
>cities are just like americans ones. there are only two livable cities in canada: toronto and vancouver. cost of life and housing prices are insanely high in both, though. 2-3 higher than in the us average.
>public healthcare system shit. long wait times and other horror stories. canadians with the means travel here to get treated.
Joshua Sanders
>transplant
James Richardson
They have decent IQ but they drive the cost of living through the roof. The average home price in Vancouver is a MILLION CAD. A MILLION. The average.
Grayson Cruz
No I am local
Xavier Harris
because the people buying them aren't living in them. they'll buy a rundown shack just to tie their ill gotten money up and hide it from the chinese government.
David Moore
poorfags GTFO
Colton Brooks
Real estate is just as expensive as in New York or Sydney. And guess what? Those are the places where most people want to live.
Asher Martin
>>Census data shows that the percentage of empty apartment and condo units in Vancouver is about the same as other large Canadian cities.
Lucas Gonzalez
>apartment and condo unit read the post I was replying to and then read mine. who is talking about apartments or condos you dumb cunt?
Jace Rogers
My point is the US is livable everywhere. There are jobs and infrastructure and shit to do in every state even in flyover states. Yet there are no decent jobs in Canada outside of Toronto and Vancouver metros. Everything else is the end of fucking nowhere. Shit weather, barren lands, swamps, mosquitoes, and no jobs.
Eli James
>>The percentage of empty single-family and duplex properties remains the same as 2002 at around 1%.
eat a dick
Wyatt Hughes
Agreed, it needs to stop.
But the sheeple are so passive here... Even Gen X and older who can remember a better Canada, they don't connect the dots -- or don't care to.
Jacob Morris
>ass blasted chang has his government propaganda ready post the source
Do Americans seriously believe this? If anything it is easier to live outside Vancouver and Toronto because the cost of living in those cities is so high. Also we have more than two cities. You're just speaking on a topic you know nothing about.
Chase Baker
>There are jobs and infrastructure and shit to do in every state even in flyover state If you think Kansas has more/better jobs and infrastructure than Quebec, I don't know what I can say to you.
Angel Foster
>no jobs Canada's unemployment rate is 5.7%, and the average income is $51,000 for full time workers. Average income is actually higher in the Territories because they need to pay people more for them to want to work there.
Colton Williams
That's nice
Dylan Robinson
>Why isn't it the best country of the world?
Samuel Ward
>eating dick I am not chinese so I don't need to eat dicks for fertility. Like I said nice government propaganda.
Brandon Myers
Then why is the cost of living in just two cities so disproportionately high? Because everyone wants to live there? Why is that?
Lincoln Johnson
You're not helping the image of ignorant Americans with all that shit you're spewing right now pal
Thomas Ortiz
Its Harper's fault
Grayson Bailey
>>Working with consultant Ecotagious, anonymized information from BC Hydro from 2002 to 2014 was analyzed and then reviewed by a panel of external industry experts to evaluate the methodology and findings.

Immigrants want to live with other immigrants and immigrants usually dont speak french.
Julian Hughes
That's right. I am literally repeating what your fellow leafs have said on Sup Forums. I could find the threads
Joshua Collins
what's funny is a simple google search brings up tons of conflicting data but I am sure you know this. does daddies money pay for your shitty education too?
Eli Garcia
>taking your info on other countries from Sup Forums Whew lad
Brayden Richardson
then post the source. protip, there aren't any that conflict with the empty homes study. the best you'll do is bring up some poor sods blog about how he has to live next to a supposed empty home.
the homes are being lived in and within the same rate as other major Canadian cities.
Anthony Morales
fair enough, but wouldn't that mean that your fellow leafs are dumb as fuck since they don't know shit about their OWN country? or that's just their opinions and they stick to them. can't blame them for that
Xavier Reyes
Lol you used 2002 as a cut off for propaganda reasons and these homes are not being lived in by Canadians you mainland worm.
>A City of Vancouver report to council shows 25,495 units were unoccupied or occupied by temporary and/or foreign residents in 2016.
The data reflects a 98 percent increase from 2001 when the number was 12,885 homes.
Josiah Wilson
>you retard, listen to me, i am canadian on Sup Forums

Toronto is an absolute dump and the world would be a better place if it ceased to to exist. Vancouver is for rich CHINESE people.
Joseph Lewis
Why are using a raw number instead of percentage of total homes?
Jack Phillips
What's so bad about Toronton?
Carson Kelly
Imagine a city with no culture of its own, flooded with fresh off the boat immigrants. Less than 50% of the city is native born Canadian. Crime is higher than average, it's dirty in many places and its extremely expensive.
It's like Berlin without any of the attractions or past history. Absolutely horrible.
Brandon Perez
neither do most anglophone canadians. quebec is for the frenchies.
Joshua Long
why are you such a retard?
Jace Perez
Crime isnt hugher than average. Canada is an anomaly where big cities have less crime than rural areas and smaller cities.
Gavin Ross
Don't you have dangerous biker gangs in rural quebec? I hear they are as bad as ms-13
Brayden Carter
Well it's easier to get away with a crime when you live in bumfuck nowhere
