I agree with the Monty Python shit not being funny, but Mr.Bean is the funniest shit I have watched come out of Britbongland.
Every time I watched some Monty Python skits or the movies, all they got out of me was at most was a few chuckles, but most of the time, I was bored with all that preparation waiting for the punchline. Mr.Bean didn't even need any words or time to be instantly funnier and more entertaining.
Wallace and Gromit is also good.
As far as I'm concerned, British humor is varied and its quality highly depends on what you're watching.
