Fucking idiots STILL support her after this

"I'm sure Cersi told you a lot about how evil I am but I am not here to kill anybody, now bendini or die."
I literally fucking paused the show to rage about this line. Do people STILL not get that she is just as evil as Cersi or her father? She rules by FEAR. Her followers support her because they're SCARED of what she will do them if they don't support her.

Where is the bar video? I need to see if the hamplanets cheered when Tarly died.

>I'm not here to be a murderer
>btw, if you don't bend the knee, I'll kill you all

that's the point, supreme power slowly bends even those with best intentions, there's no such thing as a perfect ruler

Relax, man. You're losing it.

No no no no no!
She is a GOOD ruler! She's the breaker of chains! She wants to HELP people! By the way she has fucking DRAGONS so if you don't support her your a fucking moron she is literally the savior of the world

Well, the former slaves like Missandei and the Unsullied probably do follow Dany because they believe in her. But her army of Dothraki was literally subdued through fear after she burned down their most holy place and killed all their leaders.A shame the show will never address that. Like a subplot about a Dothraki who misses his homeland and his way of life and doesn't want to die fighting in a foreign country in a war he has absolutely no stakes in.

Actually remember that scene with Jon snow and the old man that follows him around and daenerys's black female maiden all standing on the long walkway when they even asked her "If you wanted to leave right now to go home, would she let you?" And she looked for a second like "wow you're right" but said that yes, she would be allowed to leave.
Every single person who supports her supports her out of fear, just like cersi and just like the mad king.

giving them a choice is still better than torturing them in jail or being a dummy and let them go home, in war you have to use fear and intimidation to some degree

>burning people alive or beheading them

so she's ISIS now?

bravo, DnD, bravo

I don't know what she even wants with Westeros. Tarly was right, she's a foreigner who's never stepped a foot in the land, doesn't understand the customs.

She's claiming she wants to "break the wheel" for "the people", but as much as she talks like some sort of commie there's no evidence that she's done anything other than kill her enemies and establish herself as the new leader.

In fact, wealth concentration in essos after she killed off all the masters is probably a lot higher - because now she just has it all rather than all these low-level slavers.

Are DnD subliminally showing us how ethnonationalism is better than socialism like Bioshock Infinite?

>Surrender, thereby ceasing to be my enemy, and you'll be safe
>refuse I'll have to remove you
How is she any different to any other ruler?

>killed off all the masters
She killed the head of each family who gave a slave child to be crucified.

Other rulers don't kill those who don't support them. This does not mean they are killed for being enemies, but for not supporting them. There is a difference between not supporting someone and being someone's enemy.

She didn't have to kill him and his son. Locking Dickon in a cellar would have made a lot of sense, she would have a potential ally for control of the reach if she could turn him.

Instead, she burned him.

Who is she similar to?

Honestly, people are being retardedly bent out of shape about this. Was she supposed to not kill the guys that would have just as quickly executed her or given her to Cersei to be tortured? She gave them a fair choice for their situation, surrender totally or die, because otherwise they would have kept fighting her.

They're involved in a war after all. There is no real justification for anyone to have the throne except the most powerful person. No one except for Jon has proven himself to be a truly fair and just ruler.

Stalin

Whats with this stupid bendini meme

She literally wiped out an entire house. House Tully is no more. (Inb4 Sam. He was exiled and had his Tully name revoked by his dad) Know who did that just the episode prior? Cersi.
Why the fuck do you think Tyrion tried to save them? Because he knows what their death would imply.

I hope that bar catches fire one night and all the fire exits are blocked and they all die holy fuck those people need to be removed from the gene pool

those hipsters will have sex and reproduce and there's nothing you can do about it

If you arent with me you are my enmy

>I'm sure Cersi told you a lot about how evil I am but I am not here to kill anybody, now bendini or die

She's really going full Stalin/Mao isn't she. No wonder the left eats her shit right up. Cersei isn't better though, a fascist in her own right.

When will John destroy both these cunts?

Tarly, the Tully's are Catelyn's family

Stannis would have done the same.

Dany did nothing wrong.

that isn't likely

>and reproduce

Lol no, you can fill the bar to the top with aborted fetuses. They probably don't have an ounce of responsibility.

Support her after what?
Letting Jon go before he pledged fealty to her, that was a stupid move. Unbelievable really, all of a sudden in a world of backstabbers, assassins, usurpers, rebels and warmongers she'll do something like that? Jon being an outright rebel himself btw

Bullshit. D&D went complete goy narrative, what a predictably dumb plebeian thing to do.

If you question her burning the Tarlys who swore they would be her enemies forever - period point blank.. then just kill yourself

Not really he pardoned the stormlords fro their betrayal and was willing to let renly live

>Your dynasty rules for 300 years
>Current queen has absolutely not the slighest right to the throne
>Nobles still side with her instead of you
>Defeat them
>Show them mercy and offer them their lives despite their treachery
>They refuse to acknowledge you as their ruler
>Kill them

Wow just like when her dad imprisoned an innocent noble and burned him for a laugh!

...

WHEN THE FUCK ARE JON SNOW AND DANY GONNA FUCK? GOD DAMN IT JUST FUCK ALREADY? GOD DAMN IT

JUST
FUCK
ALREADY

she is literally liu bei

Not even Stalin was a horrible enough person to kill enemy generals that surrendered.
Many returned back to their familys in the 50s after some time in a POW camp.

So Dragoncunt is actually WORSE than Stalin.

>was willing to let renly live

except renly refused his offer and stannis killed him??

did you even watch she show?

Explain

Are you people delusional?

Danny's claim to the throne is long gone, simply because Robert ended the Targs. The only "claim" she has is the fact that she has 3 dragons, a khalasar and the unsullied. Thats it.

She "liberated" slaves in Essos, but then wants to establish herself as the queen of Westeros, which has glorified slavery in the form of fiefs?

Get the fuck out of here.

>Not even Stalin was a horrible enough person to kill enemy generals that surrendered.

nigger what? he killed his own generals for FUN

>Supporting a group of rapists that wanna wreck havoc
Why?

They actually address that: Danny refused it because if she offers imprisonment ALL of her enemies will take that option instead of becoming her slaves.

She would rather murder anyone who doesn't prostrate themselves to her and beg to be her underling.

When did this bitch become so obsessed with bendini? Where did this come from?

End of episode 7. It'll flash back and forth between Lyanna and Rhaegar fucking and Jon and Dany fucking.

Our last president cut off a rebel generals head and had it flung into the ocean from a helicopter..

Should have had Jorah tell her that Sam cured him so she would realize that she just roasted the family of someone who helped her

She said that, it doesn't make sense. She doesn't have to imprison everyone - just young lords of great houses that won't bend the knee, and probably not for very long. If Dickon had watched his dad burn, I doubt he would have wanted to die too.

The problem is that she killed a father and a son by burning them to death.

Even her father only burned one when he killed Ned's dad and brother.

Did you ignore the fact that Jaime gave Olenna Tyrell a chance at a respectful and dignified death? Daenerys gave them one of the worst possible deaths, which for a noble house is pretty unacceptable.

>Are you people delusional?

Nope
Are you retarded?

source?

Tarly would rather support a queen who blew up a fucking church full of people for whom he was a bannerman at the time, he's a turncoat piece of shit. Also his reasoning is ridiculous. Of course Daenarys was raised elsewhere she would've been murdered by Robert, a guy YOU FUCKING FOUGHT AGAINST

Honestly he'd be a muvh more likable character if she just outright admitted she wanted power instead of fellating herself over her supposed desire to do good. Goodwill doesn't make someone raise an army and go to conquer another land. She isn't acting out of altruism she's acting out of pride and a desire for power. She feels that she is owed Westeros and this is proven in the bend the knee scene. No matter how much she tries to dress it up to herself and others she will do whatever it takes to stake her claim to the throne. That sort of determination would be admirable if not for her hypocrisy. In a world full of unashamedly power hungry cunts who are fighting to preserve their power or gain more I don't understand why she has to be characterized as some lawful good savior. She and her fans just need to stop sniffing her farts and admit she, like the others, is in it for power.

Tarly was loyal to the queen of Westeros. When Oleyna cast her support to a foreign invader, he could do nothing but what he did

Not a big fan of hers, but she didnt do anything wrong except she should have behead them and not roast them alive.

>300 year old dynasty
>Invalidaded by 20 years of pretenders
"no"

How is Jon being a targ the most important bit of info in all of game of thrones?
fucking roasties

>The problem is that she killed a father and a son by burning them to death.

That's not a problem, it's a solution to one that could cost her the campaign and one that would linger even after it's over

Do I have to post two pics of mayonnaise in a single thread?

Some spaniard on youtube has been leaking detailed episode scene-by-scene descriptions for the entire season accurately before the episode airs.

>youtube.com/watch?v=5C1sNW6BLdc

Part of the translation for it is that Bran is looking into the past at Sam's request to witness Rhaegar's annulment and marriage to Lyanna, while that flashback is going on it cuts to Dany and Jon having sex on a boat and back to R&L because symbolism or something.

The stupidest fucking part of it all is the Dothraki following her blindly. We're lead to believe they're some kind of bad-ass, uncontrollable Mongols on steroids, yet they hang on to every word by this whimsical, aloof, naive little girl playing at queen. She's just a childish, vindictive, silly, special snowflake. No one would follow her in a realistic setting, especially not a people as belligerent and chaotic like the Dothraki.

And I'm so fucking tired of the phrase "bend the knee" it's like one of the writers saw the term in a book and thought it sounded super cool and now tries to hamfist it in as often as he can.

fucking disgusting NO

NO

FUCKING NO

I WILL FUCKING NO

The problem isn't so much the death, but the barbarity of how it was carried out.

A quick and painless death is usually afforded to enemies one respects. On the battlefield there's an argument for burning, but when they're captured it is just cruel to execute someone by burning when there's far more quicker ways to do it.

Haven't yet seen the newest ep, but did ANYONE even said a word about all the food she fried last week? The food she apparently very much needed?

I don't remember them bringing it up. Jon and Dany talk for a few minutes about the battle because Jon is sad, and even Jaime just says something like "Dothraki too strong"

It's weird because nothing really proved the dothraki are too strong. DESU the Dothraki mowed down people that were on fire / broken up.

>spend 6 seasons with her on the other side of the sea with a storyline that has pretty much no connection to the rest of the plot
>wins the war for Westeros in a montage over 2 episodes

Yes it was different if stannis didnt do something renly would have killed him

Now if had the upper the hand like dragoncunt then he would have just imprison him if he didnt bend the knee

Even my normie sister who is a super normie is getting sick of her.

Question about this: who has the right to the throne, one of Bobby's cousins? I assume it defaults to Cersei since all the male members of Baratheon are dead, along with the previous kings wife (Margery)

>Glorified bandit lord that clings to legitimacy based on their name
>Followers that rape and pillage to their hearts content
>Strategist that's one of the most popular characters
>Normies remember them for muh benevolence
Makes sense to me.

>waaah what?? people get killed in war?? but they're white males like me :(

>I'm butthurt a woman is winning

christ can't you perpetually triggered fragile white males just fuck off already?

Right of conquest, friendo.
Anyone is free to usurp the throne, but she has no right to the throne.

She currently has the same claim to the throne as Hotpie, only difference is she has the means to take it

Might have something to do with the fact that she has 3 fucking dragons at her disposal.

Welp.

>Dothraki only looked strong and a well managed and well trained Westerosi army could fight them off
Think the writers are smart enough to let that happen?

I will forgive D&D their sins if they actually have Dany turn into a mad bitch then get put down like a dog by Jon or Tyrion.

But knowing them, yas queen will be queen of the iron throne in the end

>Robert ended the Targs
Yet there are still Targs. Really makes you think.

So much this. What is it about GOT that brings out the misogynist shitlords?

It is played off as weird like Cersei and Jaime?

It doesn't matter anyway, the spoilers are now fully confirmed as real. Next season she'll die in a magical explosion killing the Night King

A good modern analogy is King Jong Un, all he has is family ties and the military. Daenerys has dragons, an army and a family name. No matter what stupid shit she does people will follow her.

It's kinda funny how sloppy and nebulous her whole maxim has become.
>Join me to uh, fight all things that are uh, bad, like wealth inequality, yea, wealth inequality thats my thing now!

Probably not, since they're unaware that they're engaging in incest.

Cersei is fine as a leader
Sansa is not. Northerners would not follow her, they respect wisdom, stoicism and power. They want a leader strong and reliable. Not some random young girl that was a dumb shit only interested in beautiful dresses just a couple of months ago.
Dany is not. Retarded gay mongols would not follow her since they are chaotic and unruly. They would respect a leader that can 1v1 anyone, not a BENDINI DRACARIS.

Don't they know it is the current year?

They never gave her any real driving need. She tried to compare herself to Jon in this episode, who was doing "good things for his people", but her "people" aren't even in Westeros - All she brings is more war and death.

>The problem isn't so much the death, but the barbarity

I think your parents need a password on their television. Disney, Nick and Cartoon Network is what you're used to
How you found your way into HBO with your delicate and juvenile sensibilities is a mystery. Just flip the channel if it's too gruesome for you

There are other shows that are better suited for someone like you, just make sure to check the rating

to be fair dragonfire practically vaporizes you on direct hit, it's almost like being nuked rather than burned at the stake

Yeah but this choice is like a robber telling you "Give me your wallet or I'll shoot you". Sure, the robber gave you a choice but you're not gonna embrace the robber for providing you with that choice.

Ay first I was sceptical but all those titles convinced me.

Isn't that the way the Dothraki do things though? If she didn't subjugate them they'd subjugate themselves.

But there are no season 8 spoilers, the filming hasn't even begun

>tfw your gf was cheering while Tallys were roasted

Not being facetious: Why wasnt Gendry's return and reveal a bigger deal? Wouldnt Jon especially, and others be taken aback that Robert had a son who in some way now has a substantial claim to the throne? I get that he's a bastard but the most famous leaders in the world, those that are still alive, are a bastard and a queen that fucks her brother and produces children with him.

sounds like you are not beating her enough

i'm not danys biggest fan but at least this episode isn't claiming her violence as wholly righteous like it has in the past. Tirion pleads for mercy in the very scene and later he and varys directly draw comparison to her father. surely this is at least a step in the right direction.

>dany's body double is hotter than her
wtf

poor womenfolk just can't stop getting interrupted when they talk about steps and how many shits a man took, truly the most important reveal of all time

Seems like Gendry really doesn't give a shit about being King so I guess no one else does

Sorry you must have been too busy screeching "YAAASS KWEEN SLAYYY" at the TV to notice Tyrion's reaction to the execution and the following scene with him and Varys blatantly spelling out the problem with it.

I mean GoT is hardly subtle.

I suppose to counter that, in the episode before all the people who were caught in the dragon fire flailed around burning to death for a while. I mean it's probably something that'll be inconsistent in the show.

>They would respect a leader that can 1v1 anyone, not a BENDINI DRACARIS.

God, this fucking place. They respect her because she's the only one that can control dragons, essentially the strongest weapon they've ever witnessed.

They probably overlooked her 1v1 skills because her dragons can solo armies.

Jon is literally the rightful king, Gilly confirmed it this episode.
