en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_subjunctive

No, you're the one that's baiting you fucking retard.

>Was is used in the first person singular (I) and the third person singular (he, she, it).
>Were is used in the second person singular and plural (you, your, yours) and first and third person plural (we, they).
writingexplained.org/was-vs-were-difference

>Past subjunctive
>(that) I were, (that) you were, (that) he were, (that) we were, (that) they were
If you're baiting, stop.
If you're serious, learn English and get out of my country.

I just want to be an engineer at a factory and drive a pickup truck and shoot guns

this except unironically

I'm not a foreigner, I just never learned of those

Never thought I'd hear those words from a Canadian. Usually it's the reverse

I want to leave this multiculti shithole

To enter an even worse one?

One shot at life
not american

Why are you so mean?

No you don't, then you'd have to be in debt $30k to get a degree, $30k for a car, and $300k for a house. God forbid you ever get sick, because that's more debt for your ass.

Eat shit commie. I dont owe you anything. Pay for your own shit you fucking faggot, you want things, you're gonna pay for it. That's the beauty of America, no free rides for anyone.

corporate bailouts and funding the military industrial complex are a-ok tho

>Canadian flag
But you're already an american

Don't fret, you're American.

America FUCKING SUCKS

Reminder the only people who hate america are stupid people who couldn't make it and stay poor.

That's just like Canada, but we have fewer jobs and none of the benefits of low taxes.

I thought you had free college

No my college cost me 50k, the government gave me no help because I am not black, and I cannot find a job in my field anywhere in the country (mechanical engineering). Starting a business needs a ton of red tape so I can barely do that either.

I want to move to America where the government will just get out of the way and stop trying to tax me to death, but the only way to get there is with experience, which I can't get.

Jeez, liberals must be lying about le canadian social democratic utopia then. I heard that Canada had free college or they have some system were you only start to pay loans back once you make $50k a year or some minimum salary, while in the US you pay it off right after you graduate. I'm a geography/geology double major studying to work in GIS, kind of niche but bit of a growing field for that specialty so not too worried.

America has a lot of regulations for starting a business too or being self employed, just warning you there, but I imagine it's less than Canada and of course less tax.

What about your health care then, still probably better than what we got here.

Yes, they cover things if your parents are poor (doesn't matter if they support you, my parents were rich but didn't support me, so I couldn't get loans or grants). Healthcare is something I guess but it's not amazing.

I just want to work, I feel stifled here without being able to contribute my skills.

Amazon pays zero on taxes "bibe out of bibe, true heroes" Someone doesnt want to go into bankruptcy and get fired over the flu "muhhhhhh ebbbilllll gommies!!!"

Lmao

>Conservatives: $200B raise to the military budget? Cool with me.
> $200B for education or health care? We cant afford it, it's socialism. The deficit bro

>be canadian
>move to the united states
>lie to people and say you're from the midwest (or better yet, move to the midwest. jk don't it sucks)

perfect plan

won't work if you're a quebecois with a thick accent though

Usually I dislike leafs but I like you OP.

Can someone link me to the video this comes from or the livestream?

I would if I could get a visa. But trump seems to be making it harder ;_;

ganbatte!

Amazon is basically a national institution at this point just like Walmart.

Shouldn't be too difficult for you, especially since you are canadian

>American education

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAJ

I wish I could put my (huge) cock inside your mouth

As long as the NAFTA visa stays I have a chance, otherwise no.
