Age of consent

Sex should only be legal after marriage. There is no need for age of consent laws, the parents know best when they are ready and when the parents agree to it then everything is fine. The state have no business being involved in this.

And to be more thread-relative: "age of consent" laws are an anachronism, and are as effective and useful in controlling behavior as a single size of shoes would be for a population to wear.

Like with speech, where the answer to challenging speech isn't to pass ever-more-tyrannical laws controlling speech so the least capable are society's arbiters, the solution here is more personal involvement in the society and its functioning.

In this case it means more parental involvement in teaching their kids about sex - instead of hoping the government will pass a law to protect parents so they don't have to.

No you Fuck, I'm in the latter category. My parents placed zero responsibility on me and then at 18 were like WELP time to be an adult! and because of this it was incredibly hard adjusting. I was mentally immature and completely unprepared for the real world. Took me quite awhile to get my shit together.

If it's actual consent but there's certain physical.. incompatibilities due to age difference/dimensions, obviously one shouldn't fuck the girl like if she'd be a horny maso slut on high. But that's common sense and if someone is too retarded to have that - that's what they should be jailed for, not for doing it with a minor.

Obviously sex with a young teenager is already kind of risky if you talk about psychology, but there's no gold standard here since there can be a really big difference between individuals already at that age. so, it should be on those initiating it - if they fuck up and someone gets hurt, launch an investigation, punish the guilty. It's their risk for pursuing a loli without taking her mind into account.
