ITT: Obscure trivia from popular movies.

When filming the first Home Alone, they went over budget and so they got the character who played Marv to also play a cop early on to save hiring another actor.

Because the cop wasn't on screen for long, very few people made the connection when he switched roles to play Marv later in the movie.

I figured he was just scoping the place out.

I never noticed that tie clip that's pretty neat.

That's Harry, not Marv

When the Friends cast recieved their first payment for acting Monica Geller (Courtenay Cox) put a down payment on a car. Matt Le Blanc? He bought a hot dinner

Wow. The more you know.

its revealed in a deleted scene that the police officer was actually the 3rd wet bandit. there were several scenes planned where he follows the family out of state in order to make the home is safe to rob.

the iconic James Bond intro is supposed to be seen from the inside of an enemy's gun as he is shot by the main character

Ah shit, my mistake. I just used Google images and assumed it would show the other guy if I was wrong.

This

But hey that's just a theory!

Early on before final extreme production they were known as tb e crusty bandits n were hella scaley n stinky from the bootyhole don't quote me on a boat me nigga haha

Ummm, no. It's the same ACTOR but a different CHARACTER

Back to Sup Forums you nonwhite shitskin

This, OP is a faggot, the little shit even notices the gold tooth.

but that's not marv. marv is the lanky jew

Source? Yeah nothing because you pulled it out your respective asses. Where would he even get a police uniform? And don't forget that it's ILLEGAL to impersonate a police officer too. Dumbasses...

this, George Miller did the same in the original Mad Maxes. The gyrocopter guy plays a different character in Thunderdome

That's because its the same actor

When filming the first Home Alone movie, the actor who played Marv quit halfway through filming due to a disagreement over his contract.

They replaced him with a local skeleton for the filming of the remaining scenes, most tellingly for the electrocution scene, during which attentive viewers may briefly notice the appearance of the skeleton due to an oversight by the film's editors.

A gay theory

Silver Tuna tonight!

I ALWAYS wondered about this scene! Thanks for clearing that up user. Do you know what the disagreement was?

>this thread

are yall niggas really this stupid?

In night of the museum they really shrunk Steve coogan and Owen Wilson because they were too tall because they were playing small figurines because they were really not that size

I honestly can't tell if this is bait. Mainly because of what you said at the end. Although there's a lot of stupid people in this world...

>Do you know what the disagreement was?
Lack of diversity if I r c. Was there any Asians in this film at all?

Huh... really makes you think

you have to go back.

They did the same shit for the first Batman movie: Batman and Bruce Wayne were played by the same actor, which we don't notice because he wears a costume.

Really makes you stink. Peeeeeee uuuuuu that's a stinkkkkky booooooooty. Oh you're a real tinky tinky booty

...

Many think HAL 9000 is named by taking the letters of IBM and going up one place alphabetically for each letter, but this is wrong. HAL is actually named after Hal from Malcolm in the Middle, which was a new but popular sitcom in the year 2001

Ironically, the skeleton was Taiwanese.

While preparing for her role in Mad Max Fury Road, Charlize Theron had to surgically remove her arm and replace it with the fully functional prosthetic you see in the movie

Mind=blown!

u all got fucking baited retards!
cancer thread

I love the dedication but us normies don't have the quality healthcare to afford such magnificent transformation

This seems like a good place to ask, can anyone redpill me on what happened to Armie Hammer's twin brother after they finished filming The Social Network? I can't find any information about him anywhere.

wow!

In The Thing,Kurt Russel breaks the guitar that was a priceless classic because of Tatrintino

Really I was just shitposting with that first post
I haven't seen Home Alone in years, if I've seen the whole thing at all
Shit movie

If they do a remake I think they should have a little girl play the kid who gets left alone. The rest can be relatively the same, scenes of her playing around the house, updated for modern tastes. Obviously there would have to be a lot more backstory done as to why the parents are unable to get in contact with her given modern technology and the like.
The only thing I'd definitely have to insist on including is a rape scene similar to that of the Irreversible alley scene, but with the little girl and one of the robbers. Just a ten minute long rape scene, implied anal, with an eight year old girl crying as she gets fucked up the ass on the floor of her own house. Maybe she could have a teddy bear that she has with her throughout the movie, and during the rape scene she's trying to grab her bear for some small bit of comfort, but it's just outside of her grasp. That would be hot

disney killed him after The Lone Ranger flopped

haha le cunny!

afterwards her psychic brother can tell her how he watched as she was rapped

How is that possible isnt space odissey a old as fuck film?

this thread is shit and OP is a faggot

>reddit spacing

Marv's skeleton in HA2 is in response to family groups who found part 1 too violent. Under the new sub-ratings system, Cartoon Violence was allowed to describe Kevin's gauntlet of traps.

What's reddit spacing?

Arnold Schwarzenegger was too busy filming Conan the Destroyer during the production of the Terminator. As a result, James Cameron had to actually construct a real robot version of Arnold.

oh my

>Conan the Destroyer
wtf wasn't it called Conan the Barbarian? Mandela effect?

?

Destroyer was the sequel

Why did both characters have the same fake gold tooth?

why does every character played by Forest Whitaker has the same weird eye?

>During filming of Executive Decision Steven Seagal would often steal certain props making continuity an issue, when confronted he would always deny the accusation even when a movie prop was visibly tucked under his clothing.

Ffs because the actor was the same. Fucking brainlet...

interesting fact! 2001 really is a movie that keeps on giving

That was always my assumption even as a small child.

But what avout when he loses his tooth? Did they knock the actor;s tooth out for real and leave it in the movie?

Joe Pesci, the actor who played Marv, had lost his tooth during the filming of Scorcese's "Casino".

Frank Vincent had played Billy Batts in Goodfellas, who had been murdered by Pesci's character. Vincent wandered on set during the filming of Casino and attacked Pesci with a bat, seeking to avenge the death of his character. Pesci lost a tooth as a result of the beating, which Scorcese ultimately chose to leave in the film due to the "raw emotion" that it conveyed. That's why both Marv and the cop have a gold tooth.

Conan The Mandela Effect was the third movie

...

This thread is pure gold.

Thank you.

Kek

Judy Garland was a notorious racist and only agreed to do the Wizard of Oz if they lynched a black person in the movie. The producers agreed, but hid it in the background to avoid controversy.

Joe Pesci was in the running for the Penguin in Tim Burton'so Batman.

They decided to go with Danny Devito when Pesci auditioned by saying," Batman, get your faggot ass out here, you motherfucking Robin cocksuker!"

When told he wouldn't get the part he was he yelled at Burton, "Why did your Cure haircut ass waste my god damn time? You should find a cure for all the dick hugging you do. I was in motherfucking Home Alone 1 &2,! That Culkin kid stole the infamous shocked face from me when he walked in and scared the hooked blowing me so bad she bit down on my nuts!"

Based Judy "Ethnically cleanse Harlem" Garland.

Typos turned mediocre into pure shit.

Well, yeah. It's rifling. That's not really that obscure

How wide does your sphincter spread during butt sex? I figured I'd ask since you're experienced.

Heh I enjoyed this

Ask yer mum.

...

They also had Donald Trump cameo because he paid them

In the Sixth Sense, the dude in the hairpiece the whole time, that's Bruce Willis the whole movie!

For John Landis' Twilight zone, in the scene where a helicopter causes the deaths of a man and 2 children, Landis insisted the actors had to die in real life as well because the scene was looking "like a bunch of fake shit"

The events of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me were inspired by David Lynch's own experience of raping his daughter.

>In Jurassic Park 3 during the infamous 'ALAN' scene, it was originally just supposed to be a normal velociraptor screech. To this day no one knows who switched the audio with actor playing Billy.

Spooky

>Laurence Fishburne was 14 when production began in 1976; he lied about his age.

>Substance abuse was rampant among the cast and crew. Dennis Hopper got a teenaged Laurence Fishburne addicted to heroin.

>(from Apocalypse Now!)

The movie is set in 2001 idiot, they would have known about Malcolm in the Middle then.

Disney invested $1.3 billion to perfect resurrection technology so Peter Cushing could reprise his role of Grand Moff Tarkin in Rogue One. They killed him again right after filming wrapped.

rood
fuck him based OP

kek

I always just thought harry was pretending to be a cop to scope out the place

I agree but only if Dan Schneider gets to direct the film

I predict Marv as next big meme after Sneed.

Lynched!

Why is there blood IN the barrel?
