Has there ever been a show that has fallen so much yet continued to remain on the air even after hitting its all time lows?
The rise in Season 11 is from the episode "E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt)"

The rise in Season 11 is from the episode "E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt)"
What was the cause of the rise in 16?
Their Nickelodeon counterpart is a good comparison.
Who the hell knows? That was always one of my least favourite seasons.
>On a Clear Day I Can't See my Sister
>Don't Fear the Roofer
>The Seven-Beer Snitch
Simpsons was always Marxist, Postmodernist, subversive bullshit designed to break down the traditional white family structure and promote hedonism instead, I'm glad its basically dead and nobody cares about it anymore.
>The rise in Season 11 is from the episode "E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt)"
>mfw that's the same episode that sneed appears in
election
that was the year they went full blown political
not to mention permanently killing any chance of expansion of nuclear power for a quarter century
TV ratings in general have also fallen in a similar manner, mind you. The fact that the Simpsons is even still on the air after half the writers retired, half the producers left for Futurama, TV rating die off for everyone, and their voice actors beg for more money every ten minutes, it's impressive in and of itself.
That said, it has blown for roughly 15 years or so.
>it's impressive
Not really. It's a numbers game. 99% of profit from the IP comes from licensing out the rights for merchandise in areas of the world where The Simpsons (for some reason) maintains popularity. In order to keep the IP 'current' the show continues to run in the background. It's a loss leader.
when exactly did they start doing cgi and when did they start doing cameos were the cameos were the center of the episode?
Sneed was a last ditch effort to revive the shows glory days.
pottery
>making the change look more significant by making the scale smaller
nice one faggot
Don't worry South Park replaced it and literally tells to kids to not care at all about politics
...
Someone read their foucault
>satire is apathy
>literally tells to kids
Because a TV-MA show is going to appeal to children
>to not care at all about politics
Which is why 90% of Season 20 jokes were "Donald Trump is stupid" without even showing him.
Hory Shit am I agreeing with plebbit?
The Simpson is used as a mind control and reality shaping device.
It can be used to see the future
