10. Next question

Seasons 1-4 are god tier and seasons 5-7 are shitty fan fiction. Don't @ me

@86663983
I started watching at season 6 and this show is soooo awesome

QUEEN SLAY YAAAAAAAAAS

I know you're joking and I still hate you

7/10.
Television will never be the same

9

Probably around 5-6/10.

Seasons 1 and 2 are actually very good on the whole, and season 3 was solid. 4 was serviceable, if I recall correctly, but it's been utter shite since.

5

Season 1: 10/10
2: 9/10
3: 8/10
4: 5/10
5: 3/10
6: 2/10
7: 2/10

>season 4
>god tier
WEW LAD

6/10 overall.
seasons 1-3 were god tier, season 4 hit and miss and everything after that utter trash.
to bad grrm is a lazy fat fuck. if he'd delivered, the show could have been saved.

Season 1: 9/10
Season 2: 8/10
Season 3: 8/10
Season 4: 7/10
Season 5: 2/10
Season 6: 6/10
Season 7: So far 5/10
Nothing is worse than the shitpile that is season 5.

>Nothing is worse than the shitpile that is season 5.
Hardhome alone is better than every episode in seasons 6 and 7 combined. It's still a shit season though.

Overall it's a solid 8/10, at it's best it's a 10/10.

The Lord of the Rings trilogy for television. Ten years from now we'll be saying how this could've only happened now and all that.

Somewhere between a 7 and an 8. Pity the quality from the early seasons is long gone.

Early book seasons: 8/10
Late book seasons: 5/10
Hack fraud television writers final season: 1.3/10

One incredible episode doesn't redeem 10 weeks of garbage meandering plot lines with little payoff.

3/7

>only good episode in the season followed the book line by line

really tells you something

1-3 are god tier, 4 is pretty good but has flaws, 5, 6, 7 are mostly irredeemable trash with cool moments here and there

Mountain and the Viper is the best episode

>Season 5 is better than 6 and 7
Imagine being this wrong.

stop baiting, nobody of worth even went to hardhome in the books, all we know of the event so far is from a letter jon got saying that some of the ships sank and that there are dead things in the water and they ask for him to send rescue by land

Just like my life, it went really downhill after season 2.

1.5/10

Im gonna be real here, it started good, when character made a mistake he would be killed off, it was 10/10 back then, but now when they used plot armor and characters abuse it so much its 5 at best...

>if he'd delivered
>being this delusional.
George has no idea how to finish the story, and the show went downhill before they ran out of material to work with.

This

If it were only seasons 1-3 would be almost perfect.
Season 4 is very good.
Seasons 5 and 6 are garbage with some good moments.
Season 7 is not as bad as 5 and 6.
Overall: 8

GoT is the single most important TV show in decades. It has broken so many limitations on what TV shows can't do.

friendly reminder that TWD is better.

Overall? 5

Lots of good moments but also a lot of wasted potential.

season 1-3 9,5/10
season 4 8.5/10
season 5-7 7/10 with the exception of chapter 9 of season 6, which is one of the most astonishing battles ever filmed (9,5/10)

i'd give it a 6
It will be remembered, but not as an epic.

i'd rate the first four seasons at maybe ~7.5/10
seasons five and six would be at like 4/10
and season seven would be 2/10

It doesn't have good writing but it's hype as fuck, honestly I don't even care anymore as long as it's a fun watch

3.50

> I don't care anymore

This is why we can't have any good things.

it's hard to say, season 5 suffered from boring plots for dorne, high sparrows, and sons of the harpy, but still worked, 6 was fine, 7 has some of the worst pacing we've seen, and some bloody average character motives.

6>5>7

What's wrong with the later seasons, bros?

S1: 9.5/10
S2: 9.5/10
S3: 9/10
S4 7.5/10
S5 6/10
S6 6.5/10
S7 7.5/10

Overall 8/10

its a good average show

S1: 8/10
S2: 9/10
S3: 9/10
S4: 8/10
S5: 3/10
S6: 6/10
S7: So far, 7/10, would be 8/10 if the pacing were better

They ran out of book material and don't know how to fill in gaps between bullet points. Also they stopped caring about story and character arcs

>What would honestly rate this show on a scale from 0 to 10?

probably a computer critic

GoT ain't great but TWD is shit.

this season has had two good episodes where nothing went very wrong and then 4 shitty episodes that made no sense, so that means 33%

end your life

It's literally capeshit at this point lmao 6/10

hahaa fuck no GoT is awful but nothing can come close to TWD's awfulness

Say what you want about season 5 - it may be the worst season of the show, but it had some great moments. I really loved this:
youtu.be/UiwSVKq1yFs

Can someone explain to me why everyone hates season 5?

Answer my question/10
Gendry called out 2 blue eyed bears before anyone else and nothing online says shit about it, why??

10/10 for incest action.

Dunno i only watched parts of it when brettygood com was streaming every episode
Stuff i liked:
>Margery being hot
>Spear dude vs Hafthor
>CIA doing the stance
>Most scenes and storylines with Jamie in it
>Most scenes and storylines with dwarf man in it
>Dragonbitch being hot while being a horrible actress

S1 8/10
S2 8/10
S3 8/10
S4 6/10
S5 4/10
S6 3/10
S7 2/10

Game of thrones as a whole 4/10 mindless schlock

Too much sex making virigins feel bad

2 was boring af apart from blackwater

>@
You fucking pussy. Reply properly like a man

Season 1: 8/10
Season 2: 8/10
Season 3: 9/10
Season 4: 6/10
Season 5: 3/10
Season 6: 5/10
Season 7: 4/10

8/10
Amazing moments mixed with awesome schlock. Inconsistent with the amounts though, and occasionally the schlock is just bad. Also if you don't watch it, Littlefinger and Arya will stalk each other around you and you'll constantly have to deal with seeing them peeking out of doorways and corners.

Overall 8/10 this season has been pretty good, though you can tell the author is missing so It's a 7/10. The production has been a 10/10 all the way though.

somebody in the reddit thread actually said "i just want their lineage to be made so they can nip this romance in the bud"

legend of the seeker or chronicles of shannara/10

I would honestly say season 1-3 is one of the best TV shows of all time.

It's gotten worse, but it's still pretty good.

season 5 is such schlock, I'm getting mad just thinking about it

8/10. Lots of really good quality moments but there are some storylines that I don't care for and others that I can't even recall.

But when it's good, it's goooooood.

3 out of 5

This poster nails it

Battle of Bastards is better and the only good thing post season 4.

5/10.

did you also like when he burned her alive

10.

>Knights of Vale ex machina to the rescue

Hardhome is way fucking better

Solid 7/10 depending on how much next season gets botched. The first half of the show was so good it almost makes up for this steep quality drop. Unlike Dexter, which was half shit at all times and got worse when it's only redeeming qualities disappeared, which would be closer to a 4.5.

Hey, look at me normies. I wanna be a hipster with a unique taste. So, of course, I give 3/10 for this show.

I clicked on a Robb Stark scene on youtube and now my recommended videos keep showing Robb Stark scenes. And every time I watch one the scene is good as hell. This show sure turned to shit.

The ex machina is typical in nearly every tv show, film and novel. So it didn't bother me that much. You cannot deny that it's a absolutely beautifully filmed episode.

Hardhome had nobody of interest there besides Jon. They even shoehorned in some random lady just so she could die and add emotional resonance to the scene, and it failed completely.

Descending order
S1: 10/10
S2: 9/10
S3: 8/10
...
S7: 4/10
The decline has been painful. We'll never see the political maneuvers we saw or the dedication to character the actors had. I'm going to finish off the series, I'm not some animal lol

4/10

Just watching it for the fights and to see how it all ends but the story has become generic good v bad and the characters are getting dumber by the minute.

In terms of action episodes Hardhome or the one where they defend the Wall are the best ones. Because there's actual drama, tension and a reason for the characters being there. Unlike the fucking Magnificent 7

It will be judged by its ending, much like LOST, whose ending was so terrible it made the show terrible retroactively

This is the true face of autism

>The first half of the show was so good it almost makes up for this steep quality drop

I'm feeling this desu desu. Memes aside, there's been a drop. A pretty fucking massive one. I genuinely would consider early game of thrones as being miles above average tv, now it's just another normie show. When it's good its SO GOOD though, we're just getting less of those moments as it goes on.

The Wall battle was underwhelming as hell. Owing to a god awful season. Just thinking about season 5 is depressing.

I agree with this guy that Hardhome gets fellated way too hard. This is the official episode where wights went from being violent reanimated corpses to full blown World War Z zedwords. Plus it was way too tryhard (oh look, zombie kids, the humanity!) and there were only two people there to give a shit about. It was good, just not great, and it certainly didn't save its season.

The good thing about the decline of the show is that I don't mind waiting week to week for the next episode.
The early seasons were so damn painful to watch week to week..... I just had to know what was going down.

Game of thrones is the single most important TV/film event this decade.

It doesn't matter anymore whether the writing is going downhill. (IMO season 6 was pretty good). Only reason why people complain about the quality of the show is comparing to earlier seasons, the worst season of Game of Thrones still beats most of TV that's been made.

Season 1: 12/10
Season 2+3: 8/10
Season 4: 7/10 ( Oberyn was great)

Rest is unwatchable garbage. I honestly dont even remember what happened in 5 and 6.

>zedwords

This, so goddamn hard. I would read book spoilers constantly because I was too eager to just patiently wait for the next episode/season. Now a whole sheet of season spoilers pops up and it's a halfassed skim and an "alright then I guess" reaction.

it's going to be remembered as one of the all time greatest shows even though it doesn't deserve it at all. Like Breaking Bad, but worse

as a whole I'll give it 7/10

I can't remember season five at all. Holy shit was it that forgettable ?

Naw. If GoT had been released with the kind of writing it has now, it would have been remembered as the next legend of the seeker.

Breaking bad doesn't have EPIC BATTLES WITH DRAGONS XD

I used to avoid spoilers as best I could, and then someone spoiled the Tywin/Tyrion scene and I was upset as fuck. I used to never see the point in reading leaks, but I do now that I don't care. Discussing how shit it's gonna be is pretty fun

Is that the one where Dany fucks around in Mereen?

Honestly both S5 and 6 I can hardly remember what happened.

>Oberyn was great

I watched oberyns fight and felt genuine real dread when I saw him taunt the mountain because I realised what was coming, I felt shaken for hours after because seeing the character I really fucking loved die like that was awful.

In season 7 everytime I see sansa/arya/littlefinger/dany I think god....are they still alive...really...can we not just get rid of them fucking hell, and those are our main characters.

3/10

kill yourself
