Now on first listen, initial thought is that it's Lynch coaching the actor while they're shooting. He's done this many times. But what's peculiar is that the actors name isn't Michael. His name is Carlton Lee Russell. And I would assume David is actually the one shooting this footage because it seems to be a low budget scene filmed with a different camera than what they're mainly using on the show (hence the pixelation) in scene. It seems even lower quality than whatever they used for Cooper falling through space.

This episode feels like it has a lot to say about how fiction affects us and vice versa. At least that's the way I'll interpret it.
Many people say the guy watching the empty glass box from Part 1 is a reference to the fans waiting for Twin Peaks to return but I feel like this episode has more deliberate references to viewers and its medium.

I stopped watching this show after episode 10 since there were other things on TV on Sundays at that point. The only way I would even bother watching the rest would be Cooper returning but it sounds like that didn't happen and likely never will. Even if it did, we get three measly fucking episodes of him or less? Might as well not even bother as it would be a joke at this point.
For me, Twin Peaks is as good as dead. This is the last post I'll make in this thread out of respect for people who do watch the show and don't want to see arguments in here.
