That whole Yale thing?

How is the knife reflecting his face at that angle?

>killer looks
>picture of handsome face in murderous weapon
There are some really intelligent things in this movie if you look carefully.

Fucking shit movie. Sup Forums just memes it. Also observe these gets

So did he imagine the murders or did someone actually come in and clean it all up

Bad execution of a good idea.

Way better than the shitty novel.

OH FUCK

Impressive. Very nice.
the novel is great though

This is now a get thread

Cleaned it up and hushed about the murder because
>the bills weren't being paid
>but the apartment was too expensive not to be rented out at all times
>landlord did not want bad press around his high end New York apartment complex
>the story of him disappearing was semi-believable thanks to false witness statements
>landlord went with it because it was better for his purse this way

Moreover
>the apartment was painted over in white completely
>the lady showing the apartment to the guests knew something was wrong with Bateman and probably figured he was the murderer
>she said "don't make any trouble" because she was in on it and tried to keep the farce going
Everybody in this movie is a greedy worm. Every banker colleague cares more about expensive superficialities than about interpersonal relationships. The only person who yearns for something more is Bateman himself, but he cannot get it from them. He is trapped in a world of superficial, money hungry sociopaths, and trying to blend in by becoming the super sociopath has failed.

These dubs say you're wrong

>The only person who yearns for something more is Bateman himself
Also his secretary, which is why he doesn't kill her after all. And the faggot. He hates him because he's a disgusting faggot, but his heart isn't as rotten as the rest of them.

So the Paul Allen character isn't really Paul Allen right? "Paul Allen" is just like an idea, an identity of yuppie superiority that Bateman and friends are constantly trying to imitate

Paul Allen was a real character who was more successful than Bateman and his circle of friends.

At the end of the movie, Bateman's lawyer says there's no way Paul Allen could have been murdered by Bateman, because the lawyer had recently had lunch with Allen. Thus suggesting someone else out there may be assuming the Paul Allen identity, just like Bateman had been using the name Marcus Halberstram when with Jared Leto's character

your a fucking ugly bitch i wanna stab u to death and play around with your blood

>your

Only found out and watched it cos of Sup Forums
I enjoyed it

the same lawyer also didn't even know Bateman even when he is standing there right with him in that same scene. So the lawyer can't be considered reliable at all.

The audio is extremely weird in this clip.
