yeah but you get that money only after everything is over + theres inflation so you are looking at an investment of legal pays that are prob gonna be bigger than the amount the guy has to pay anyway, and you have to wait up to two years to get that money, so usually its not worth it and we usually make some sort of agreement with the guy.

If it's a a big contractor, then yeah, we would sue, but usually we make some sort of deal with them instead, since its such a pain to go through courts.

Like some even say like:
(they owe us lets say 150k)
"I can pay you the 100k" or we can go through courts.
