I honestly have no fucking clue, I've only ordered a pizza twice and just gave him the $4 that I had left (I told him to keep the change since I paid with a $20 bill). same with other places, I've never paid for the meal at a restaurant that "requires" tip. I'm not the one who hosts my little group of friends and takes them to olive garden so whenever we split the bill we just give the money to that one friend who is paying.
I wouldn't survive eating at a normal restaurant here by myself, the waiter would probably shoot me or something for not giving a tip or giving him too little
