I say they go for it. Your country erupts into a civil war, the bloodiest one in history.
Everyone moves in to secure the oil, meaning it either plummets in value or skyrockets.
Thus shaking up the petrodollar which is when the russians start selling theirs in rubles as well as the gas, and chinese movie in with what they want to replace the dollar with, some gold backed chink currency.
Americans go home finally and europe will be in panic on the verge of a massive civil war
in all that mess and carnage, serbs get kosovo back with massacres we get away with.
We attack the serbs here in bosnia if they try and break away, probably have turks supporting or pretending to support us, but then there are russians involved as well, i dont think we can mount another war here alone or do anything useful with it.
