No, young people and old people. At least in the sauna I know. I swim regularly and I always see the sauna full of naked guys in their teens and 20s, and 30s. It was the same thing in Bergen when I visited a sauna there. It was me, my brother in law, and two guys in their 20s who sat in there. Everyone was nude.
