The entirety of 12th grade literature
Tea, politeness, and loving the Royal Family. TV shows like Coronation Street and EastEnders are still somewhat popular here too (especially among older people). Every town also has at least one fish and chips place (even really small ones), and you can find a British-themed pub just about anywhere in Canada.

Britain is a German export, so the USA and Australia are German exports, too
no shutup
New forms of beer culture.
I still struggle to understand why this is pushed so hard here, who are the fucking people both watching this shit on tv and going to the sold out stage shows???

What the fuck you get Coronation Street in Canada?
>The program has become an integral component of the New Year's Eve schedule of several German television stations. Versions of the sketch are also shown by Swedish channels at New Year's Eve every year since 1980. Danish television has been broadcasting the sketch on New Year's Eve since 1976. It is a December 23 staple on Norwegian national television, and a cult television classic in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Faroe Islands and Austria; on New Year's Eve 2003 alone, the sketch was broadcast 19 times (on various channels). As of 2005, the sketch had been repeated more than 230 times. It is known in other countries as well, including Switzerland, Luxembourg and South Africa. It has been broadcast on New Year's Eve in Australia on the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) station nationally since 1989. Despite such widespread fame, the program remains virtually unknown in the UK

You lot seem to have a weird obsession with us
A lot of people think those gutteral sounds are weird, but as a native I probably will never really get that.
I always think of Dutch as bit of a bastard language. Like German with balls, or a primitive form of English. I've heard it said that there are a lot of Scandinavian influences as well but I wouldn't know.
To bad it's probably gonna die out, Dutch speaking media is very bad and very few young people watch it. Also Dutch isn't romanticised abroad like French or even German is, and almost everyone here speaks enough English to communicate. Nobody abroad learns Dutch.
on holiday i like british women
