it's a christian esoteric mythological epic with an anti-establishment, objectivist, pro-immigrant message

It's a superhero movie. That's all.

Literally worse than Hitler-tier.

Neither. It was an argument against the idea that power inherently corrupts people.

I'm American. I'm just not retarded.

It's just forgettable and mediocre.

You can call BvS a lot of things. Neither of those, though

I don't remember a fucking thing about the movie, i remember a car blowing up, MARTHAAAAAAAAAAAAA, and some terrorists in the first five minutes of the movie.

I remember it being shit and a waste of my money.

>superman is illegal alien but a very good person who only ever tries to help others and loves the country he calls home
>two butthurt capitilist billionares cant stand this and want to murder him for no reason

Makes you think

The most woke af movie of our time

It is further left than both the "Alt-Right" and Neo-Liberal schools of thought. It (along with Man of Steel) is a legit, classical Marxist narrative and a condemnation of the Centrist ideologies that have plagued our nation with stagnated progress and Capitalist corruption. Look at all the scenes that they had to cut from the Ultimate Edition, the majority of them depict the lives of the American poor and working class, those who have been excluded from the corporate mainstream media for decades.

ding ding ding

It's a story of being a man and coming to terms with your life and feelings.

Liberals don't get the complex driving force behind the three main characters. They project themselves in the film instead.

A bad movie

Liberals just want an indulgent power fantasy.
Liberal Captain America defeats Conservative Iron Man by beating him up until he shuts up. Then he sends him a condescending letter in the mail.
Liberal Superman resolves the conflict with Conservative Batman with words. By realizing they have more in common than they thought, they become allies.

Pajeet and spic power fantasy

...

i fucking hate how the 'right' is coopting the movie for their own ends (as with anything)

but aspects of the movie do lend themselves to certain preoccupations you guys have,

as we all know lois lane is equated to the whole of humanity by the end of the movie, and superman's choice is that he'll lay down his life for the land/mother earth/etc

its an expansion of something that's actually present in at least one of his other movies, just never as full blown as with bvs

Smartest film of the decade. Its reception saying more about us than the film.
