Marvel movies are essentially just reskins of the exact same movie.
By comparison, it'd be like if every movie after ANH was just an ANH rip off. Yes, I know, TFA. But 5/6 sequels aint bad.
Critics are clueless, and I am convinced that a LOT of the marvel reviews were paid off, because I don't think any of the mcu (I've seen most of it) deserves such critical praise.
The fact that, as you say, they average higher scores than Star Wars, shows how much of a joke rotten tomatoes is.

RotJ copied the Death Star plot yes, the rest of the movie was original.
The Prequels all had original stories though. Poetry, contrary to what JJ thinks =/= copying the story.
Only TFA completely copied the entire plot beat-for-beat from ANH, comparable to marvels formulaic storytelling.
But, I'm kind of disappointed Fenn Rau and Gar Saxon didn't interact more.

It was okay. It doesn't exactly cover a lot of new ground in my opinion, but there's some good stuff in there. The parts about the music of the prequels especially was delightful.
Ring theory is barely even mentioned in the movie. I mean, it is brought up, but they talk about it for like a minute before moving on.

The animation in Rebels is fine, its the artstyle/textures that are cheaper. It's partly due to Disney not funding Lucasfilm animation as much as Lucas did, so they settled on an artstyle based on McQuarrie's concept art.
It's a cheaper stylization, and thus they can easily afford to bring in more Voice Actors.
