What actually was the point of this scene? Was it essential to show you how Johnny got the flowers?

i never noticed how unhealthy that doggo looked

What's wrong wit that cat?

>What actually was the point of this scene?
oh yes, I don't think the Room gets criticized enough honestly.

It was to establish how Johnny was an upstanding citizen so you'd empathize with him as you followed his completely undeserved crisis.

It was to show he bought flowers for her lady all the time, it was also to show that Johnny is a lovable guy who's loved by everyone

>"oh hi johnny I didn't know it was you"
>"you're my FAVORITE customer"

hahahaha look at that fuckin dog its so pathetic

If I remember right, the book explains Tommy wanted scenes that proved they were in San Francisco. The movie was filmed in LA, but the exteriors were filmed in San Francisco months/weeks later.

right? wiseau just gets a pass because he's a fucking... he's a.. umm...

The computer business is too competitive.

>that's me !

It ought to be SMASHED and SLAMMED

ain't it the truth

I thinks it's face already is.

true cinema is about the wind and the trees.
let that sink in for a moment, go on, i'll wait.

Do you want a pizza?
>Wahtever, I don't care Aneemore
I already ordered a pizza

you invited all my friends

good thinking!

does anyone ever call that phone number and say "hi doggy" ?

i don't think the film pursued lisa's psychic abilities enough. that's my only criticism.

Is dog a real thing?

Lisa always thinks of everything ha ha

>"hi doggy"

O hai dogee

Lisa was the best actor in the Room.

>Tommy will never make another movie
>If he does, he'll intentionally make it bad instead of trying to make a serious drama and failing

I think that's the idea, the film has an absurd amount of establishing shots

He did The Neighbors which is an intentional comedy and stinks

I choose you Snarf!

was it kino?

He would make an excellent horror movie.

He's making a movie called Best Friends that I think is supposed to be an action drama of sorts. It'll probably be unintentionally hilarious.

It was obviously a homage to the classic story of the first meeting between Alexander the Great and Diogenes the Cynic

Did you get the promotion?
>Nah
...You didn't get it, did you?
